06/12/2025: Even at night the location was beautiful as the windmills were lit up. The restaurant had lovely Christmas decorations, lit up outside.
Staff were outside, we asked if they were open for food as it was advertised online. They said OK but I did feel as though it wasn't.
Inside service was good.
The food was delicious, I had the mushroom risotto which had lovely flavours. My partner had the white rabbit pasta and he said it was delicious. We both had a cocktail which were good.
We were the only diners at 7.30pm until as we were leaving another family came in to eat. Overall delicious food.
30/11/2025: Beautiful view in a unique location... but the staff was unfriendly and the prices were well above average. We stopped for a snack on the way back from the island of Mozia with the kids. We asked for a scoop of ice cream for the kids, which arrived in a glass for the modest sum of €7 per portion. They also snorted when we asked for an extra glass to split the portions. Coffee served at the table was €2.50...

12/11/2025: Last night we celebrated my nephew's 18th birthday. Saro outdid himself. Extraordinary menu. High-quality food, excellently cooked. Impeccable service.
We were very, very happy. Congratulations to Saro and all the staff.
18/10/2025: Be careful of the old lady at the cash register (the others are honest) if she sees that you are tourists she will make up the price on the spot and make you pay more, shameful

04/10/2025: On holiday in Sicily we were returning from Mazara during the week, it was lunchtime and we were looking for a bar or somewhere to eat a sandwich or something quick, we passed by and stopped, we had the work menus, we asked if they had some pane cunsato and the very helpful and courteous lady took a loaf, let us choose the size and on the spot she prepared it for us super and also one with tuna, we sat down in the air-conditioned room, prices more than excellent, 5 stars for availability and Sicilian courtesy for this family-run place

16/11/2025: A café/pastry shop offering excellent quality pastries, freshly made desserts and hot food, as well as artisanal beverages like the delicious almond milk. They also have an on-site lab. Friendly and attentive staff. The atmosphere is clean, but there are only a few tables. Reasonable prices.
05/08/2025: We went there by chance. The clerk was very polite and clearly cared about the company. The food was good. I just don't understand why the place isn't air conditioned (it's not the only one in the area).

08/12/2025: Dinner experience with a fixed-menu pizza, followed by group dancing. The restaurant is very old and needs renovation, near the sea. Table linens are nonexistent. The pizza is good, but the service is poor.

20/08/2025: Last year I rented a house nearby. My neighbor recommended I go for pizza. That year, I didn't have time, so I didn't go. I returned this year and rented another house nearby for the holidays. So I went with my family for pizza. I booked a table outside. The tables are practically right next to the sea, although since it's dark, you can't see anything. The pizza is truly excellent. I had a four-flavor pizza, as I like it: ham, artichokes, sausage, and mushrooms. The toppings were plentiful, or rather, very plentiful. Excellent. So I even went back a second time to get it to take out. I also tried the spaghetti tarantina with mussels, and I found them delicious and very well-seasoned. The service was prompt and very attentive. The prices are average. Recommended.

The problem is accepting things...
A table booked for 9:00 PM... the first ones dine at 10:30 PM... the others after 20 minutes.
As soon as we entered, we asked for information about the dishes served at Risto, not at Pizzeria.
When they came to take our order, they told us that the chef was sick, so no Risto... but after our disappointment... ok for Risto.
Shortly after, however, it was the pizza chef who had had a mishap. 🤔...
The simple and disarming truth is that only pizzas came out and nothing was served... and we had to wait over an hour, even on a Saturday night...!!!
The waiters do their best, but if Brancaleone's army is in power...
A total mess...
The dishes were average with prices.
In the end, we left at 11:15 PM, having consumed one dish each.
The average score today of 3.8 unfortunately has a justification.
21/09/2025: The restaurant is located in a square, and we dined outside. The pizzas were delicious, as were the first courses. The service...hell. Very confused, unprepared, and slow.

09/11/2025: On Saturday evening, we ordered two tabische pizzas over the phone, a Margherita, and, for a family member with a gluten and lactose allergy, a gluten-free pizza with zucchini and shrimp, without sauce and mozzarella. When the pizzas arrived, the person with the allergy couldn't eat them because zucchini, shrimp, sauce, and mozzarella had been added to the gluten-free base. The pizzas weren't appreciated by the guests. One star is the best I can give this time.
08/11/2025: I had ordered three family-size pizzas for 9:10 PM. I arrived promptly and discovered they hadn't even started. The owner, instead of apologizing or trying to resolve the issue, told the cashier I could leave.
Disrespectful attitude, zero professionalism, and no attention to the customer.
It's unacceptable to be treated like this, especially after a reservation.
Terrible experience. I won't be back.

14/10/2025: Very disappointed!! We chose this location, and specifically the deluxe suite, after watching the Quattro Hotel episode.
First of all, the jacuzzi wasn't working, even though they offered us dinner (two courses). When using the sauna, every time you put water on the stones to heat the room, the electricity went out; there's probably some exposed wire underneath. Finally, what disappointed us most was the breakfast buffet: it was absolutely poor and lacked variety. It definitely didn't meet the standards shown on TV. Disappointing!
Dear owner, thank you for your reply. Regarding the sauna issue, we contacted reception three times to have the electricity restored to the suite. In fact, I recommend you check the sauna system. Regarding breakfast, I'm sorry to say that we were already at the buffet at 9:30 and there was absolutely nothing left. It would be fair if you guaranteed a supply of various sweets until the end of the scheduled time, i.e., until 10:30 a.m., since it's right to ensure all guests have the opportunity to enjoy a proper breakfast until the time you specify at the property! It's a far cry from what was shown in the 4 Hotel program. We had also requested a ricotta dessert when booking, and were served a plate of ricotta without any filling. How were we supposed to eat it? Luckily, one of your employees kindly served us ricotta cannoli (aware of the inconvenience).
12/08/2025: Beautiful hotel and very attentive staff. The garden is lovely, the pool is large. Warning: you have to wear a swimming cap in the pool... extremely strange, but oh well. The bungalow is spacious and equipped with everything you need. Warning again: water in the fridge costs €2! Now here's the catch: this is an event hotel, so expect really loud music EVERY evening until late into the night (1:00 - 2:00 AM...).

Quality at a very low price...
The guys were friendly, polite, and approachable.
A welcoming and clean place.
It's a shame we live in Palermo, otherwise it would be my regular stop.
Congratulations because they just opened and, despite the high costs involved, they don't take advantage of it and don't raise prices, or worse yet, they don't have subpar products, only quality.
When I return to Marsala, I'll come back to you.
