29/12/2025: Absolutely disappointing, from the staff to the food! I wouldn't recommend it at all!

08/12/2025: Dinner experience with a fixed-menu pizza, followed by group dancing. The restaurant is very old and needs renovation, near the sea. Table linens are nonexistent. The pizza is good, but the service is poor. Decent value for money.

05/10/2025: Total disgrace for home delivery. Poor service in every way. Ordered 2 pizzas and a hot mixed pizza. - The Diavola Pizza, which was supposed to contain (spicy salami, mozzarella, mushrooms, and black olives), arrived as a Margherita. - The Parma Pizza only came with arugula and mushrooms on top, which the menu supposedly contained (mozzarella, prosciutto, and parmesan). - The hot mixed pizza on the menu was a 1-portion pizza with: chips, panelle, croquettes, battered vegetables, Ascoli olives, and mozzarella balls. ** A small tray of chips arrived with exactly 2 potato croquettes and that was it. Ordered at 8:08 PM - the app gave me a preparation and delivery time of around 24-28 minutes, but obviously the time extended to 9:25 PM. Once it arrived...surprise! I found what I found. I called the restaurant, and the gentleman, very upset about the call, told me he'd come pick up everything within 10 minutes and refund me. It's been over an hour since I'm writing this review. Not so much about the money, but rather about the complete rip-off.

08/09/2025: The bill was overcharged, not in line with the menu prices! I paid without any fuss, and thank you, never again! My compliments! The only customer of the evening, perhaps he wanted to get even with me!

04/02/2026: Excellent place for both breakfast and lunch. You can find farm tools there, and they also have a tobacconist. The daily menu is recommended.

04/10/2025: On holiday in Sicily we were returning from Mazara during the week, it was lunchtime and we were looking for a bar or somewhere to eat a sandwich or something quick, we passed by and stopped, we had the work menus, we asked if they had some pane cunsato and the very helpful and courteous lady took a loaf, let us choose the size and on the spot she prepared it for us super and also one with tuna, we sat down in the air-conditioned room, prices more than excellent, 5 stars for availability and Sicilian courtesy for this family-run place

12/10/2025: You can understand almost everything... The problem is accepting things... A table booked for 9:00 PM... the first ones dine at 10:30 PM... the others after 20 minutes. As soon as we entered, we asked for information about the dishes served at Risto, not at Pizzeria. When they came to take our order, they told us that the chef was sick, so no Risto... but after our disappointment... ok for Risto. Shortly after, however, it was the pizza chef who had had a mishap. 🤔... The simple and disarming truth is that only pizzas came out and nothing was served... and we had to wait over an hour, even on a Saturday night...!!! The waiters do their best, but if Brancaleone's army is in power... A total mess... The dishes were average with prices. In the end, we left at 11:15 PM, having consumed one dish each. The average score today of 3.8 unfortunately has a justification.

21/09/2025: The restaurant is located in a square, and we dined outside. The pizzas were delicious, as were the first courses. The service...hell. Very confused, unprepared, and slow.

27/12/2025: Christmas lunch, everything was delicious. Fabulous.

05/01/2026: We stayed at this property from 12/31/25 to 01/04/26. The hotel is in a quiet area not far from the center, convenient in our opinion, the rooms with slightly vintage furnishings but functional and clean. The only negative thing is the lack of professionalism, we had agreed on a price (changed before confirmation given the period from 120 to 150 with breakfast, after pointing it out the agreed price was 135 with breakfast), upon arrival without any notice (booking made in November) the girl informs us that breakfast is not included given the few rooms occupied so for the inconvenience the price goes back to 120, asks us to settle the bill because in the next few days there will be no one at reception and leaves us a note with a number to call in case of need!!! It's the first time a situation like this has happened to me!!! Too bad I will never go back there again and I don't even recommend it!!

18/10/2025: A welcoming, clean hotel with a generous sweet and savory breakfast. Recommended for those who want to step back in time: 1970s-style furnishings. It could use some modernization, but it still has its charm.

22/02/2026: An elegant and well-maintained restaurant in the heart of the city, run by a family that has traditionally run the business. It also serves a pizzeria, so much so that they spend a lot of time doing takeout and home delivery. The fish-based first courses and meat-based second courses are also excellent. The appetizers are also worth trying, including the ever-popular panelle and bruschetta.

07/02/2026: They should learn how to make pizza. Just the basics. After that, I'd like to understand why I waited an hour and a half for a pizza, if you can call it that. The waitress was kind, though.

12/03/2026: Lack of professionalism. Heavy counter clerk with lots of inappropriate jokes who becomes too familiar.

04/03/2026: We were warmly welcomed and enjoyed excellent arancini and delicious pasta in front of one of the most beautiful monuments. The cannoli are extraordinary, as is the kindness and generosity of the owner. I highly recommend this restaurant 👍👍👍👍 The French of the North 😉

02/12/2025: This is my first time trying this pizzeria. I had a sweet pizza with pistachios and Nutella, and the dough was not only super hard but also dirty from previous pizzas in the oven. I paid €11 and I can say I'm not satisfied.

25/10/2025: When you order a pizza from them, ask them if the time they quote refers to the time they start preparing it. We waited an hour, and many friends clearly took precedence.

12/03/2026: This is my first time staying in this magnificent villa... A lovely welcome from the reception staff (Noemi and Angelo), who were very professional, with lots of smiles. A huge thank you to them. The breakfast was super delicious. A *crumbled* cake that blew me away. Thank you, Enza, for the desserts and for the smiles that accompanied us almost every morning. I hope to return to this wonderful dream villa as soon as possible.

06/03/2026: Given that we stayed in the suite, we're not giving it 4 stars for that reason, but the fourth star is for the spa treatments. We agree with the breakfast, which was decidedly different and not as rich as the one praised in the episode. The juices were definitely not freshly squeezed. Let's just say average. Nothing local. The room was fabulous, yes! The only flaw was the window, which wasn't the best in terms of thermal insulation and soundproofing, so we could hear the traffic from 7 am onwards. There were several problems with the faucets, and they didn't fix them in 2 days. We reported all these issues to reception, including photos. Aside from a small problem with the spa, the result... we only received a 40% discount. In other hotels, for all that happened, we would have received the treatment free, but that's okay! The manager will surely attack us now, but if he wants, I'll publish everything that happened to confirm how unfortunate we were. The room, I repeat, was gorgeous (except for the window), the spa was wonderful (except for what was reported to reception), and the massage was fantastic. (Except as reported at the reception). I think they should do more thorough checks and take more care of everything. We were definitely unlucky, so I recommend it, hoping they follow the advice given.
