Maybe it was over-roasting. I don't know. It needs to be improved. But I still give it a high rating because the canollo was fantastic! Next to the one from Savi in ​​Catania, it's the best I've ever had. The ricotta is delicious and delicate; the cream doesn't give you diabetes like most places do. I wanted to go back on my way back for a second helping, but unfortunately, we didn't manage to get a second one. What a shame. I highly recommend it. All three of us really enjoyed it. A gem on the map of western Sicily ❤️ The restroom is clean, and there are parking spaces across the bar. The prices are very reasonable.

24/11/2025: Hi, I booked a table for two well in advance, specifically on November 3, 2025, for lunch with my husband on the Feast of the Immaculate Conception. This evening I received a call from the owner, who told me that unfortunately, since he was busy clearing tables and managing reservations, he couldn't give me a table for two because he didn't know where to put it, given that he had many more people at his tables, and the owner would only let me know 21 days later. This can only be described as a lack of professionalism on the part of the restaurant.
