The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed, perfect for spending time together and enjoying a carefree evening. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. I tried a pizza that really impressed me. It's called Bagolino, and even at first glance it was inviting, with well-leavened dough and top-quality ingredients. It reminded me a lot of a gourmet capricciosa. Definitely worth a try! I'll definitely be back.

The owners are vegan too, which helps 😁 Here you choose your dough; there are all sorts: with or without gluten, classic, pan-fried, with corn flour, puffier, thinner, etc. Then you choose your toppings, and there are many options, including plenty of vegan choices 😘🍕🍕🍕 For dessert, we finally had a super amazing treat: a kind of churro (fried pizza dough) with vegan Nutella. So, so good and a delicious discovery. Plus, the prices are more than reasonable ☺️ Everything is good! We've only been twice, but we wish we could have gone more! Go there, you'll love it!

30/10/2025: Excellent experience. I came about a week ago, a real discovery! The fish was incredibly fresh and tasty, every dish, from the appetizer to the grilled meat, was delicious. The staff was extremely kind, attentive, and professional, making us feel at ease. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing, except that it felt more like a bar than a restaurant. Excellent value and a place we'll definitely return to.

28/10/2025: The food wasn't bad, but it also wasn't anything especially impressive, for the price of 48€ for the main dish for two people. I've given the waiter 50€ and never got my change back - it wasn't meant to be a tip since it's already factored in the price. The person serving us understood our native language but pretended otherwise, communication was pretty difficult overall. There are no printed menus, just a QR code on the tables. The view from the restaurant is pretty, but the surroundings are trash-filled streets that do not look good at all. In summary, a decent meal that was quite overpriced. We only decided to eat there as this place was opened during siesta, we were the only customers there.

19/12/2025: It's always a pleasure to review places that put the raw ingredients at the center of everything, and stopping at Dolce Vista was a remarkable gastronomic experience, despite a few minor acoustic issues. The location immediately strikes a good picture, very well-kept and pleasant, but unfortunately it suffers from an extreme cacophony that makes conversation difficult when crowded. It's a shame, because the welcome is truly worth it: the young owner is a gracious and attentive figure, capable of gracious hospitality that makes the guest feel truly at the center of the experience, supported by an excellent wine cellar. We opted for the full tasting menu, and let me say right away, you eat "too much" here. Don't get me wrong, we're not in a food factory: every dish is of such quality that you can't leave even a single piece on your plate, despite the portions being decidedly generous. We were already full after the appetizers, but everything was so good that stopping would have been a crime. Their cured meats are magnificent, as are the battuta di carne and caponata, but it's the marinated artichokes that are truly sublime. The pasta is excellent, and I applaud the honesty of the staff, who suggested we order just two portions for three, allowing us to enjoy the pinnacle of flavor: the meats. The comparison between the Frisona beef tagliata and the local Modicana was a triumph of flavor and technique. To finish, in addition to the dessert on the menu, we were kindly offered a creative dessert with a biscuit base and cream, both honey-based. The flavor is delightful, but if I may offer a technical tip as a customer devoted to quality, I would reduce the height of the biscuit base: currently, it's too high and tends to squash the cream, which should be the star of the show. A small touch to make an already excellent meal memorable. In short, a highly recommended place for those seeking substance, excellence, and service that truly understands hospitality.

11/01/2026: I don't recommend it, especially on Saturday nights. It's unacceptable that despite a 9:00 PM reservation for two, we were given a table at 9:45 PM. I understand the large crowds, but reservations shouldn't be accepted like this. Add to that another 45-minute wait for the pizzas to arrive. Despite this, the pizza was good and the waiters were very helpful.
