05/02/2025: Abbiamo recentemente celebrato un evento al *Casale Drinzi* e non possiamo fare altro che esprimere la nostra soddisfazione! Il banchetto è stato impeccabile, con un servizio attento e professionale. La qualità delle portate è stata davvero eccellente, sicuramente superiore a quella di altri agriturismi che abbiamo provato in passato. Ogni piatto era ben presentato e saporito, con ingredienti freschi e una cucina raffinata che ha saputo sorprendere tutti i nostri ospiti. Inoltre, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è davvero conveniente, considerando l'alta qualità delle pietanze servite. Un'esperienza davvero piacevole, che consiglio vivamente a chi cerca un posto speciale per eventi o semplicemente per una buona cena immersi nella natura. Grazie al team di Casale Drinzi per aver reso il nostro evento ancora più memorabile!

28/01/2025: Let me start by saying that I only used the restaurant, but I must say that the prices are honest and the food is excellent. The service is very good. The environment is peaceful, also considering that it is located in the middle of the mountains. It has an outdoor space with games for children. For someone like me, who easily finds faults, I must say that I will definitely return, as I found myself very well. Great options for vegetarians too.

02/02/2025: Group 10 people from MARSALA Passed by Collesano by chance. Excellent menu, spectacular pappardelle with wild boar sauce, excellent and plentiful mixed grill. Friendly and kind staff. Worth returning and highly recommended for those who want to eat well.

07/01/2025: We arrived around 2pm without a reservation on Epiphany day. The place was full, but the lady had us seated in a short time. The waiting time was amply repaid by a wonderful (abundant) plate of tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, perhaps the best I've ever eaten in my life! Abundant seasoning with fresh mushrooms in nice large pieces!! The grilled meat and tiramisu are also excellent! Absolutely positive experience, I recommend it!

04/02/2025: Posto tranquillo, ottima cucina, dagli antipasti,ai primi molto bilanciati nei sapori, il servizio molto buono abbiamo trascorso una bella giornata qualità prezzo eccellente,lo consiglio,da sottolineare la Chef giovane ma di grande risorse in collaborazione con la sorella.

30/06/2024: It was an unexpectedly quiet restaurant in a beautiful location near Villa Catleya where we stayed. The food was great and the service very nice, the view was fantastic, highly recommended.

25/06/2024: Great view and very cosy atmosphere. I went with my 2 little kids and the stuff was very attentive and caring with them (very rare to see). Thanks for all the delicious food and lovely service.

19/01/2025: The quality-price ratio of this family-run restaurant is certainly excellent. Obviously the gem are these pans with the possibility of choosing different types of pasta. Tasty home cooking and above all affordable prices. Advised

28/07/2024: Una cena in vacanza che dovrebbe essere uno dei momenti più attesi della giornata si è rilevata una cocente delusione, principalmente per la scarsa qualità delle pietanze. Primo con le sarde un mappazzone sembrava un primo di un principiante in cucina, il secondo lo stinco di maiale niente di più che un prodotto precotto venduto dalla grande distribuzione. Fa rabbia perché la location è bella anche se la strada che la collega risulta disconnessa nonché priva di illuminazione. Il mio voto complessivo non raggiunge la sufficienza per le proposte della carta è soprattutto per la qualità delle portate. Rispettando il lavoro di tutti vuole essere uno stimolo a far meglio, buon lavoro.

31/08/2024: THE PLACE TO CONNECT AND HAVE AN AMAZING APERITIVO!! First night, we arrived exhausted from 2h driven plus already 3 week traveling. We slept a bit. And without any expectations went to have some spritz. Over there we were able to recharge our social battery, our vital energy . We connect with AMAZING people. From 4 diff countries. Different ages. The staff is super kind. The spritz and aperitivo are well served and tasteful. The day after I even called to ask to connect with on the people we meet, and Donna Benedetta was super kind to call me back with the contact, she is the heart and soul of the place, and you can feel it by the flavour of the pastery. The coffe Is a bit overcooked, for my tast, of course. If you go to Collesano, this place is a MUST TO.
