02/10/2025: A restaurant worth a detour. Run for 21 years by the couple Manuel, in the kitchen, and Eliana, the hostess. The digital menu showcases beautiful dishes, including antipasti, pronk, and secondi. The dolce are also highly recommended. We started with ravioli filled with fish, presented in a lovely fish sauce. We also had linguine with pink prawns. It came with a superb sauce and beautifully balanced in flavor. We continued with the crispy fresh fish of the day. Perfectly cooked! The same was true for the Scottish steak tagliata. It came with a green salad with some Parmesan and oil. Delicious! We finished with a cannelono filled with ricotta and a warm flan with a liquid pistachio filling. A delicious bottle of Grillo accompanied it, a beautiful white with character. Everything was served with humor and expert advice. A truly memorable place.

Every detail was meticulously designed, with large outdoor spaces, a beautiful and elegant indoor dining room, and a spacious and well-equipped kitchen. The "grotto" was a truly unforgettable natural spectacle. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks and compliments to Cristiana, who assisted me before and during the event, ensuring everything ran flawlessly. 10/10/2025: A simple but beautiful location, with a large, well-kept lawn, an indoor building (where the bathroom is located), and an underground mushroom farm that can be set up.

28/09/2025: Beware of tourist rip-offs! We were charged €9.00 for two regular granites. Aside from the fact that the price is already higher than at other bars in town, we were also charged a €1.50 service charge (according to the owner: "because they brought the granites to our table.") Absolutely outrageous and a rip-off. Such a charge is normally only charged by restaurants for table service when dining. We haven't experienced anything like this at any other bar in Sicily. We won't be visiting this bar again.

22/08/2025: The granitas are excellent... a bit too long to wait, perhaps due to an unfortunate moment of overcrowding that could have been handled differently... but the granita—especially the pistachio one with cream—is worth the wait! Very friendly and helpful staff!
