16/12/2024: Warm and welcoming place with attentive and friendly staff, however the experience was negative. The cooking of the meat (Angus) requested "rare" and arrived "well done" was not respected and furthermore continued to cook on the hot stone plate used to serve the meat. Then, what was extremely serious, among the dressing accessories a mixture of seed oil was served despite the bottle showing the label of an extra virgin olive oil. Luckily only a little of this oil was used to season the meat, enough to compromise the flavor. Upon request, the staff brought extra virgin olive oil of the same brand as soon as it was opened and, clearly, from tasting the latter, it proved to be an authentic and quality product. It was therefore clear that the EVO oil in the previous bottle had been replaced with seed oil. The above was also noted by the staff. To conclude, we highlight the questionable way of "taking care of the customer" by the owner who only after having ensured the balance of the dinner asked if everything had gone well. He could easily have asked first. Full account. Mediocre quality/price ratio. Not recommended. The only positive note is the attention of the staff.

02/11/2024: Ho mangiato la picanha su pietra calda più buona degli ultimi 30 anni. Tenera, squisitissima.. si scioglieva in bocca.. servizio eccellente e veloce. Spazio ampio per i bimbi che si possono muovere liberamente. Che dire. Ci tornerò e soprattutto pubblicizzerò il locale .. bravissimi 👏

25/08/2024: Scrivo con qualche giorno di ritardo la recensione,ma ci tenevo tantissimo a farla, perché è giusto elogiare chi lavora bene. Struttura bellissima e pulitissima,carne eccezionale a prezzi economici se paragonati alla qualità, servizio impeccabile. Che dire complimenti e peccato che abito a 700 km di distanza, altrimenti sarei stato uno dei suoi migliori clienti

12/10/2024: I resume my tours of the most authentic Sicily and visit Sant'Angelo di Brolo, famous for its Nebrodi black pig cured meats, and I am attracted by a simple sign. In a welcoming environment, a km-long menu. zero selection of really special cured meats and cheeses, excellent first courses and with a notable off-menu - memorable fettuccine with porcini mushrooms. Second courses I don't know I was full but I smelled heavenly aromas, sweet, Pizzocalabro truffle, indispensable, remarkable wine selection, very professional service, pleasant price. To return.

07/10/2024: Welcoming, warm location with vintage charm. Typical local cuisine of good quality with friendly service. Honest prices, in line with the quality of the product without exaggerations. Decent wine list, which can satisfy the needs of the typology. Special mention for the meat (second of the land tasting menu), cooked impeccably and with skill. Desserts that leave a pleasant finish and confirm the choice. A walk and reservations are recommended.
