20/10/2025: Visit to Scordia on Sunday, October 19. A restaurant with a menu that caters to all tastes. The portions are generous, and the schiacciata version with sausage is a must-try. It's stellar, thin pasta with well-matched ingredients. Second course: Tuna with onion, soft and delicious. And finally, the caponata, made really well. And congratulations, a wide selection of wines by the glass and an extensive wine list with top labels. Well done, keep it up. See you soon, Salvatore.

Our daughter's 18th birthday was filled with sincere smiles, meticulous attention to detail, and a beauty that made everything magical. The location? Spectacular. A stunning pool, a relaxed atmosphere, and that elegant touch that makes all the difference. The food? Delicious. But the real added value was the team: kind, attentive, and always on point. Several guests had allergies, and they handled everything with a care that truly impressed us. A special thanks to Clarissa, who listened to us and made our dreams a reality, and thanks also to Martina, Dario, and Nello. If you're looking for a place where your moments become precious memories, this is the one.

14/11/2025: One of my regular stops when I'm in my beloved Sicily. Modern, clean place, with extremely friendly staff. The pizza is one of the best, and the owners have decided to maintain a very high and consistent quality standard for the ingredients, which is a guarantee... Congratulations...
