12/12/2023: Initially it was a point of reference. The best in the area. Then it was hit by a moment of stasis, I hope it can flourish again and return to the glories of the past. Frankie is a great person with a huge heart. I will definitely return.

03/03/2024: Ottima cantina, ma no, ora si dice vineria...ed in effetti c'è tutto il vino del mondo, potete soddisfare tutti i vostri desideri. La cosa che comunque mi ha più colpito è la qualità dei prodotti, soprattutto le cantine locali, ci sono tutte, e poi Massimiliano il proprietario ci ha aiutato e spiegato tutte le differenze e sfumature dei vini che abbiamo assaggiato. Insomma un luogo dove conoscere e assaporare i vini dell'Etna e non solo. Sicuramente torneremo.
03/03/2024: Excellent cellar, but no, now they say winery... and in fact there is all the wine in the world, you can satisfy all your desires. However, the thing that struck me most was the quality of the products, especially the local wineries, they are all there, and then Massimiliano the owner helped us and explained all the differences and nuances of the wines we tasted. In short, a place where you can get to know and taste the wines of Etna and beyond. We will definitely be back.

Ho apprezzato molto i piccoli dettagli come il benvenuto dello chef ed i grissini fatti in casa. Consiglio il piatto “Un crunch, un viaggio”: pacchero fritto in tempura ripieno di burrata e pomodoro, gamberi crudi, polvere di uovo sodo, salsa ponzu e crema di lattuga...... un'esplosione di sapori.

01/11/2023: Esperienza dimenticabile. Pranzo piuttosto mediocre equivalente di un menù turistico da 15 euro, ma pagato più del doppio. Antipasto solo ed esclusivamente vegetale, molto povero nella quantità e varietà ( no salumi, no formaggi, no prodotti sott'olio, no fritturine, ecc, ecc). Primi piatti, risotto alla zucca sufficiente e una lasagna, la tipica portata che ti aspetti in un agriturismo...Secondo due nodi di salsiccia, niente di speciale ,con contorno di verdure decisamente insipido. Dolce una fettina dallo spessore di 2cmx6cm di torta, non ricordo se carota o zucca, probabilmente fatta in casa, ma se volevo la torta fatta in casa, stavo a casa...Fuori si vorrebbe altro, cheesecake, cuore caldo, setteveli, semifreddo, ecc ecc.
Vinello della casa, amari, caffè non pervenuti. Due anni fa pagando meno mangiavi meglio.
