03/04/2024: The McDonald's at Centro Commerciale Sicilia is basically the same as any other McDonald's but the staff were especially helpful when we misplaced our mobile phone and they all helped us searchfor it. Kudos for friendliness and kindness. The food is the usual trade of the franchise so if it's a quick bite you want or you have small children, it's ideal.

29/03/2024: Lunch during the shopping, we had a great lunch, excellent welcome, we ordered quickly and were served in the same way, friendly, polite and smiling staff. I only mention Miss Marika but because I only know her name, congratulations to everyone

18/02/2024: loyal customer since birth, recently they started delivering cold pizzas, and it was with the last pizza (really cold, it seemed to have come out of the fridge and not the oven) that I looked for the manager again explaining the problem... no response, either a "we're sorry for the inconvenience"
You should pay attention to the customer, not ignore them since they read all messages in order of arrival and over the years they have never missed a single order
Total disappointment, as well as a pizza that went in the bin as it had turned to rubber
05/02/2024: I ordered a double hamburger but I simply received a double sandwich consisting of only cheddar bread and hamburger sauce. I highly recommend it.

03/04/2024: First time I went, great food. Terrible customer service. The customer needs kindness and to see smiles, on the contrary the cashier seemed angry and responded with such indifference to any information that was requested.
15/01/2024: I have always eaten at Giovanni Rana, everything is good, but in a short time the prices have significantly increased disproportionately. Ok fine, the food is good, but now we are at restaurant price level, except that here we are always talking about a self-service, which sometimes during crowded hours eats everything cold, because there is no place to sit at the tables set up available from the shopping center. I'm sorry but probably, reluctantly, I won't go back again.

07/03/2024: It is a very important bar bistro. I had to meet there for work and it was a great discovery. Excellent food. Excellent attentive service. The owner is a polite and kind person. What can I say if you are passing through those parts, go there, you won't regret it. I recommend it.

11/01/2024: I went on a Wednesday when you pay €9 for the first time because some friends invited me...unfortunately, the experience wasn't much to my liking as the food, precisely I could decide between five types of pizza, not much quality with few ingredients, it was a whim but it just seemed like a pizza with mushrooms and egg thrown in this place could have given much more I can only have a drink and loud music all evening which prevents you from being able to converse with the people next to you it's nice to see all the people dancing but at a certain point it becomes tiring not to mention the service we waited about an hour to receive our pizzas and there still weren't many people I definitely won't go back again because it's not an environment for I'm reluctantly sorry but I had read the reviews in fact I was reluctant I did it for my friends 😢

10/02/2024: Highly negative experience and now I'll explain why:
Let me start by saying that I ordered with the JustEat online platform and since it was Saturday I decided to order in advance to avoid unpleasant delays (as shown in the photo I placed the order at 7.23pm). I choose the delivery time (9pm) and it automatically gets overwritten with 9.10pm (which wasn't a big deal).
It's 9.15pm, 9.20pm... At 9.30pm I call to ask where my order was and I was told that they were still waiting for the rider who was about to arrive at the pizzeria and that I had to wait for the journey time all the way home, while on the app it already appeared at 9.22pm that the order was being delivered.
Finally at 10pm the pizzas arrived (one warm and the other cold) and the most unpleasant surprise was to find a pizza totally devoid of toppings (I had also ordered a sweet Nutella pizza). I think this is enough of a reason for my choice to have scored 1 star on the review, never again.
