01/05/2025: It's one of my favorite places. Giulia the owner and Carmelisa her right hand are delightful and courteous. Good food. High quality plated hamburger. Well-seasoned focaccias of different flavors. Great wall of wines. Good beers. They do good cocktails (suffice it to say that if you ask for a Gin Tonic with Hendrick's they put cucumber curls and, obviously, not lemon and the tonic is Fever Tree. Anyone who loves a good Gin Tonic will understand what I'm saying)
02/02/2025: If you are looking for a welcoming location in the Etna villages where you can enjoy an excellent aperitif, a good wine or refined cocktails, this is the perfect place. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the staff friendly and the food high quality. We highly recommend the focaccias - we tasted several on multiple visits (3 or 4 times) and were thrilled each time. A great choice for any occasion. Absolutely recommended!

Oggi ho optato x un pranzo più tradizionale.
Primo: casarecce alla norma
Secondo: polpette al sugo e contorno di parmigiana di melanzane.
Ottima la pasta
Sulle polpette mi permetto un piccolo suggerimento x renderle più morbide.
Usare della mollica e il latte
Vecchia ricetta di mia nonna.
Venivano morbidissime.
Nel complesso sono comunque soddisfatto delle pietanze

05/05/2025: On Sunday 4th May I go to the Torrisi pastry shop to book the cake for my son's 16th May birthday and I was told that it is too early.
To go two days before to book the cake. I explained that not being a local it was difficult for me to return to book. Nothing to do.

24/10/2024: Provato aperifish. Prenotato arrivati e subito accomodati. Personale rapido e gentile. La signora è stata disponibile tutta la serata. Ottimo tutto. Anche il pane di due tipi. Preso tagliere x tre e x due. Tutti siamo rimasti soddisfatti. Anche noi non l'ho abbiamo finito tutto. Gentilmente la signora ci fornito vaschetta x asporto. Tornerò sicuramente.
04/10/2024: Carissima signora qnd si risponde al telefono bisogna dire chi siete o no e qnd si sta x chiudere la chiamata si saluta…ma purtroppo l’educazione è passata di moda direi una cafona

25/04/2025: We stopped here on a trip with a local guide as we were making our way to Mt. Etna. This place is a true gem — the bakers are true artisans who are quite skilled at their work. The entire team working here made us feel welcome. Highly recommend making your way here if you are in Sicily.
10/11/2024: Tavola calda da asporto davvero ottima. Arancini al ragù e arancini con spinaci dal sapore sublime. Le diavole che avevo ordinato confermano ancora una volta di rappresentare la specialità della casa.
