27/01/2025: è stata la prima esperienza per noi alla Madia. Tutto bello e tutto buono, emozionante la presentazione del sig. Cuttaia al tavolo per presentare il menu, fantastico il servizio del personale di sala, il sig. Angelo e Enzo, ci hanno messo subito a nostro agio.le portate sono state molto gradite, si prova una emozione difficile da spiegare... ti senti trasportare in un mondo speciale in cui trascorri un paio d'ore in beatitudine.... bravi tutti. Grazie mille.

04/01/2025: Everyone is really good and the desserts are super delicious, the cream is delicious but the ricotta is also great and the morsels are big and soft and the owner is very good and friendly and great 💯💪 the guys are all good and very kind the bread is super good whoever doesn't go doesn't believe it all very good 😋 the you will find everything you are looking for and the artisanal panettone with pistachio cream and infinite goodness, truly compliments, you are fantastic

Antipasti e primi piatti buoni. Non molte opzioni senza glutine, in particolare non c'è la pasta. Solo due tipi di dessert. Servizio nella norma.

01/02/2025: Having arrived by chance after booking the hotel in the same structure, I found a cuisine characterized by freshness and goodness. Very fresh fish. Delicious first courses and exceptional pizza (I think the best I've eaten, and I've eaten it everywhere). Impeccable service and helpful owner. If I can I will return. Last thing, exceptional quality and price ratio.
14/01/2025: Nice restaurant along the road. Easy to find and parking available. We ate squid and it was tasty and especially the grilled squid was well prepared and recommended. Jozef was very kind and helped us even when we stayed after closing time. He also gave us some advice for further stay in Sicily. So all in all recommended if you are in the area. Atmosphere is a little less, but the service and quality of the food (what we ate) more than compensates for this

25/12/2024: Dopo il pesce e la torta con la ricotta non portare la frutta (menù prezzo 60 euro) è assolutamente abominevole,cmq come qualità si va molto ma molto indietro....non torneremo mai più....😡

09/11/2024: Abbiamo ricevuto il messaggio da parte della moglie del l’oste che ci invitava ad assaggiare il menu dedicato al tartufo. Siamo andati con amici i piatti di carne erano strabilianti ma l’uovo con tartufo bianco è stato il piatto che non dimenticheremo facilmente,un plauso a Chiara per l’ottimo consiglio sui rossi che abbiamo bevuto. Conto 90€ tutto a base di tartufo direi perfetto.
26/10/2024: We have been going there for years and we still love it, the refined and sophisticated cuisine. Menu of 6 seats. Delicious and not to spoil anything, exceptional service provided by his wife who is very attentive to detail. And to top it all off, the chef himself who takes the time to tell us about his dishes, takes us back in time, the period when our parents and grandparents cooked with passion and love. My mouth is still watering just talking about it.
