24/07/2025: I promised I would return and it went very well this time too. I ate a plate of fantastic pasta, there was so much of it and so much fish that I couldn't eat anything else, but I had the sommelier serve me a nice bottle, he also gave me excellent advice. Thank you, thank you all.

24/07/2025: Posto semplicemente spettacolare, Francesco è una persona prima, di di essere uno CHEF, che ti fa sentire a casa, passionale, autentico, amante della materia prima e della tecnica super raffinata e nello stesso tempo semplice! Nel soggiorno volevo stare solo da lui a pranzo ed a cena e così è stato! In assoluto il miglior ristorante di Lampedusa!!! Da non trascurare il personale super gentile accogliente nonché professionale !!! Il top di Lampedusa !!! Consigliato assolutamente, bravo Francesco ed il papà Mimmo…
23/07/2025: Che dire Il ristorante *Cala Croce da Mimmo* è una vera perla! La cucina dello chef Francesco è semplicemente straordinaria: piatti curati, gustosi e preparati con passione. Ogni portata è una scoperta di sapori autentici e ben bilanciati.
La location è spettacolare, un posto che ti fa sentire subito a casa ma con un tocco di eleganza e calore. Vale assolutamente la pena tornarci: una di quelle esperienze che lasciano il segno. Complimenti a tutto lo staff!

The staff is kind, courteous, and very friendly. Quality and cleanliness are paramount. A true feast for the eyes and the palate, a restaurant worthy of its name.
Every dish is a delight for the taste buds.
I highly recommend it.

07/09/2025: While on vacation in Lampedusa, we stumbled upon (and returned several times) this restaurant, located on a side street off Via Roma, looking for simple, traditional dishes. The staff were kind and friendly, and the service was top-notch and fast. And the food... as a Sicilian who's lived in the north for a few years, I felt right at home. It's a bit like when you go to your grandmother's and she makes you your favorite dish. The classic appetizers, like arancini, panelle, and croquettes, are also available, as are salads, sandwiches, bruschetta, and meat. The veal and horse meatballs are a definite hit!

Esperienza eccellente sotto ogni aspetto. Gli antipasti sono un vero trionfo di sapori, preparati con ingredienti freschissimi e presentati con cura. I primi piatti sono semplicemente deliziosi: ricchi, equilibrati e cucinati alla perfezione. Ogni portata è stata una piacevole scoperta. Servizio attento e cortese, atmosfera accogliente. Torneremo sicuramente alla prima occasione!

28/10/2025: This historic restaurant in Lampedusa is run entirely by women. Located on the promenade along the new port, it offers both indoor and outdoor seating. The staff is friendly and welcoming; Mariagrazia and Francesca, daughters of the owner and chef Piera, welcome guests with enthusiasm and warmth. The food is excellent, the fish fresh and expertly prepared. Ristorante L'aragosta will remain in your heart, just like the island of

I recommend trying the Cupolette della Monaca, a truly exquisite dessert.
Prices are reasonable.
04/12/2025: Empty croissants, on December 22nd a small tray of pettole cost 10 euros, I got home and they were hard as stone

04/10/2025: One of the many bars on Via Roma that stands out for the quality of its coffee, its freshly made cannoli, and its ice creams... An ideal location to enjoy the Lampedusa stroll while the wives are out shopping.
23/09/2025: The coffee is excellent, as is the glass of Prosecco.
The staff is friendly, and the place is very clean and welcoming.

29/09/2025: At the end of September, everything was quiet. We expected the prices for some dishes to be a bit high, but two surprises awaited: the first courses were at the bare minimum in quantity...you're forced to order a second course or an appetizer. Then they brought the bill to the table, and we paid in cash...and they didn't give us a receipt. We won't be going there again.
24/09/2025: I went for dinner with my family and I can say without a doubt that it was an extraordinary gastronomic experience. If you love fish and seafood, this place is a true paradise.

14/07/2025: Molto casereccio preso un antipasto( nulla di che) poi tre primi buoni , un dubbio sul ragù di triglia ... Tra i primi il più buono quello con pesce spada pomodorini semplicità buona .
Quello con calamari etc buono e molto ,ma molto abbondante. Una mezza di vino bianco e due coca.
Prezzo buono pagato 90.
Servizio celere .
Cmq variate il tipo di pasta magari qualcuna fresca fatta in casa!!!
10/07/2025: ci siamo trovate molto bene, il servizio un po’ scarso, oltre ai lunghi tempi d’attesa hanno sbagliato a portarci un piatto e ci è stato detto che in cucina gli avevano detto così e non poteva fare nulla, oltre al piccolo inconveniente, risolto poco dopo, il cibo, sia la pizza che le paste con il pesce erano spettacolari
