06/09/2025: My wife and I were passing through Ghilarza on vacation, and we decided to stop for lunch. It was a truly excellent choice. The place was very nice and clean, the staff were extremely kind and courteous. We had trofie alla carlofotina, which was truly delicious, along with excellent sea bass sushi. Excellent! If I'm ever in the area again, it'll definitely be a stop.

We were there on a Sunday. One of the few restaurants open at 1 p.m. Pizzas aren't available on Sundays, but they do take up two pages on the menu... The waitresses were grumpy. They didn't wish the guests a good appetite, and they didn't even smile. The food was large in portions and mediocre in taste. The salad came without dressing, the mixed grill didn't have a single green leaf or vegetable, very carelessly arranged and served just like that. The taste was okay. The atmosphere outside was drowned out by an overly loud TV showing a motorcycle race, which none of the guests present were interested in. Long story short: better to drive on and eat somewhere else.

The service was very courteous and quick, and the meat I ate was excellent...

03/06/2025: I have actually never seen the pizzeria (but I promise I will go and see it) I was in Abbasanta for work and being in the middle of the road in a mess and starving (I do roadwork) I called the pizzeria with the funniest name of all and asked for a home delivery.
Between laughing while explaining the situation to the girl on the phone (nice and very kind) they brought us the pizzas in record time.
AND THE PIZZA IS ALSO GOOD!!!!
Thank you, you gave us a tasty moment in a whole night of work

Well worth a visit for a taste of homemade Sardinian cuisine.
15/07/2025: A place as historic as the tower. Time seems to have stood still in this basement restaurant. Everything is very good. Homemade cuisine, not in tune with current fads. Perhaps the price is a little above average for the whole package.

22/02/2025: Come spesso accade il sabato io e la mia famiglia ci fermiamo in questo piacevole locale per fare un aperitivo oggi purtroppo il servizio è stato deludente perché insieme ai calici non è stato servito alcun stuzzichino potrebbe sembrare normale anche se non lo è infatti nel tavolo affianco al nostro c'erano.....che sia stato una dimenticanza o forse riservano trattamenti diversi alle persone che conoscono !
30/12/2024: Alle 9 del mattino erano rimaste pochissime paste di pasticceria fresca e dei cornetti precotti. Le paste fresche sono sembrate di una qualità scadente con un retrogusto chimico. Nulla a che vedere con le paste di ottima qualità che si servivano qualche tempo fa

26/10/2024: Mit das einzige Restaurant, welches im Oktober noch geöffnet hat und nicht nur Pizza anbietet, sondern normale gute italienische Küche.
Pasta extrem lecker. Die Pizza groß und gut belegt. Ein wenig zu viel evtl.,da sie an etwas patschig ist. Als ich das Entrecote für 15€ bestellte, war ich sehr beeindruckt von so viel. In Deutschland zahlt man für 200g gr an die 30€ mit Beilagen. Das was kam, waren bestimmt 400gr ohne Knochen und super englisch gebraten. Auch das habe ich selten erlebt. Meist kommt medium oder komplett durch. Die Küche kann hier wirklich etwas und der Service ist einfach grandios.

Arriva il listino.....mi porti una Ichnusa in listino e una frutti di mare in listino..... Mi spiace la birra non l'abbiamo e neanche la pizza..... Porti un'altra birra.... Potremmo fare una pizza ai calamari fritti... D'accordo proviamo a cenare in calcio d'angolo.....
Per cortesia i calamari non me li porti molto cotti se non si seccano e nella pizza non vanno bene.
ma quando arriva la pizza al posto dei calamari NATURALMENTE SURGELATI CHE PIÙ SCARSI NON SI PUÒ e che avevano solo la forma erano paragonabili a dei crackers croccanti insipidi senza sapore.
Delusione al top .
Costo dello scontrino €19,50 posto è pizza da dimenticare.

19/12/2024: Attenzione ai clienti zero, si muovono per non fare niente. Volevo comprare del pane, prima avevo visto un piatto che mi piaceva, non c’è nessun prezzo, chiedo quanto costa mi dice sì ora vedo e non vede e se lo scorda. Nel frattempo faccio la fila, una signora arrivata dopo di me poggia le sue cose sul bancone e lei le fa subito il conto ignorandomi. Mezz’ora per due conto e mettere delle paste (orribili). Arriva di nuovo il mio turno e serve un altro cliente arrivato dopo. Sfinisce con quello e fa ancora la gnorri, a sto punto gli dico ma non le piaccio in faccia? Poco professionali e poco efficienti.
Forse servono prima i locali, boh
