24/06/2025: All the waiters are geniuses! Special mention to Keko, a great guy, everything delicious! If we return to Sardinia, we'd definitely come back. The burger was homemade and delicious.

14/09/2025: I had dinner here with my family (3 people). My plate even arrived before the appetizer we ordered. Only later did we realize my plate was actually meant for the table next door. The service was unmotivated, bringing the main courses to the wrong table; we had to help them briefly. They even apologized for the mistake after we asked about four times where the last main course was (we had already finished eating). The price was too high for the quality we received.

12/09/2025: Excellent authentic Neapolitan stone-baked pizza. I recommend it to anyone visiting Northern Sardinia. The owner is very kind and welcoming. Thank you 🇮🇹🍕☺️

29/08/2025: I was here today for an aperitif, the waiter was very nice and friendly, the location is in the centre of San Teodoro, the platter was exquisite, the only flaw was that the platter alone cost us €40 and honestly it seemed a bit too much to me (drinks excluded and that's fine) €10 for a spritz and it seems like a very fair price to me.

22/08/2025: Sunday morning at 8:30, almost all tables full, after waiting 5 minutes in front of the cash register, the only "all-rounder" worker in the place asked me for 4 take-away croissants and was told no because otherwise they wouldn't be enough for those seated, honestly this is predatory policy to apply a surcharge to pay for having a product only if combined with table service, a bit of summer speculation is fine but now it's gone too far, I find it disgusting

03/08/2025: Il ristorante Il Marino, a Puntaldia, colpisce inizialmente con un bellissimo locale, curato nei dettagli e piacevole da vedere. Anche il servizio è impeccabile: personale rapido, gentile, presente. Una volta arrivati i piatti, l’esperienza cambia radicalmente. Il menù è un trionfo di salse, riduzioni, creme, aceto balsamico – tutto, a mio avviso, fuorché il gusto vero degli ingredienti, in particolare del pesce. I sapori risultano coperti, standardizzati, privi di identità. Piatti figli di una cucina che sembra puntare più all’effetto visivo che alla sostanza. Si ha la sensazione di una proposta pensata per piacere a tutti e finire nel dimenticatoio subito dopo. Io non lo consiglierei.

03/09/2025: There were no plates, they didn't want us to make a separate bill and furthermore the cover charge was made without the provision of glasses or cutlery.

03/10/2025: One star for the view. The waiter asked us to go to the back of the bar because we only ordered two coffees and a croissant. That wasn't enough to sit on the main terrace. I don't remember anyone ever treating me like that in any other bar. All the negative reviews are true. I definitely don't recommend it.
