Osteria Vineria Cibus

03/08/2024: While passing through for food and wine expenses (wine, bread, cheese and honey), the producers suggest we try the typical dishes of Cibus. We arrive on a hot July day, almost as they close, and we find a kind and very friendly welcome that immediately puts us at ease. We tasted: local oysters, Sappueddus with sheep ragu (an excellently prepared, tasty and delicious dish that we all appreciated) and sheep ribs (cooked to perfection). We chat with the chef who entertains us with his expertise and knowledge and we arrive at the café after having had a super pleasant lunch break. Highly recommended
27/07/2024: I'm not too generous with votes but in the case of Cibus I can do it with pleasure, taste, service and atmosphere accompany you throughout the evening. You can choose between seafood or land menus but also traditional dishes.... in short.... it's all there!
We went 2 times in 15 days and the last time with my son and his girlfriend.... my lily ate the world. It was a pleasure to have a chat with the chef and I would also like to say hello to our very nice and good waitress who, unfortunately, I didn't ask her name! To next year!!

18/08/2024: Second time here at the campsite. The restaurant is very good, top 1% for a campsite! The food is always on point and exceptionally good.
Fresh seafood, prepared as only professionals can, the special highlight of the menu is the spaghetti with seafood in a tomato sauce that is hard to describe.
Priced in line with the quality that is served. Service is friendly and attentive. The boss speaks perfect German and is always motivated to satisfy the guests.
Here you can experience real hospitality without an exaggerated, fake attitude.
The comments that try to make the food bad simply have no idea about good, original Italian food!
Ambience is second to none!

04/08/2024: Fantastico ristorantino sardo in una piccola cittadina fra le colline. Cibo molto buono con buone porzioni a prezzi mediamente più bassi rispetto alla zona. Servizio ottimo, le ragazze sono gentilissime. Location molto carina. Ci tornerei sicuramente!

Trattoria Is Zuddas

08/06/2024: Questa e' una trattoria che negli anni non ha mai perso minimamente tutte le caratteristiche di qualita'
Situato a ridosso delle grotte Is Zuddas, tra le grotte piu' belle in Europa, non tradisce mai chi vuole pranzare dopo aver visitato le grotte.
Menu di carne: Ottimo ed abbondante antipasto di formaggi, verdure ed affettati. Primi con malloreddus alla Campidanese favolosi. Secondi a base di agnello, veramente ottimo, arrosto di manzo e salsiccia alla giglia .
Come dessert provate le Seadas: sono le migliori che io ho provato in Sardegna. Pranzo accompagnato da un ottimo vino rosso Carignano. E per finire caffe liquore di fichi d'India.
Il prezzo per tutto questo ben di Dio: 38 euro.
