10/10/2025: It's been a long time since I've eaten at a place like this. I dreamed about it at night. In Piedmont, many years ago, there were incredible piole. This place is like that. Tonight, mushrooms, mushrooms, mushrooms. Infinitely delicious. My grandfather's mushrooms. Mushrooms picked in the mountains. Great fried dishes. An incredible dinner here.
