03/10/2024: Excellent restaurant, open kitchen, which works mostly as takeaway but there are also about ten tables for eating on site in self-service mode. Excellent and genuine food for all palates, very honest prices. Friendly and professional staff. Cleaning. On the noticeboard you will find the menu of the week. The quality of the food, the kindness of the staff and the atmosphere that reigns suggest intelligent management of resources. Highly recommended for those who look more at substance than form
27/08/2024: Today I was there for lunch with my partner. We ordered two dishes of penne all' ragariata and a portion of grilled vegetables.
The room is clean and comfortable. The education and approach of the staff is exceptional.
The food is of excellent quality but I am referring not only to what was eaten today, but also in the past. We have been ordering for a long time but only today we decided to consume on site.
Each dish is prepared as if it were homemade. The flavors and taste are unparalleled.
Great place, highly recommended.

The owners are friendly and approachable, they make you feel at home! Highly recommended! Honest prices for gourmet and above all highly seasoned pizzas! 5 stars!

28/06/2024: Last night we had dinner in this pizzeria having a pizza (a capricciosa and a 4 cheese) and some panzerotti. The pizza is fantastic. It has a leavening time of 72 hours and after eating it you still feel light. What can we say about the panzerotti. They were the best we ate in a month's holiday in all of Salento. The prices are very affordable (we thought they had got the bill wrong but no). The managers are kind and friendly. Francesco (the owner) is a very nice and easy-going person. Definitely recommended. If we were to return to these parts we will return.
17/06/2024: Pizza a dir poco eccezionale a ruota di carro, deleziosa e molto leggera, complimenti a Francesco, Donato, Aldo e il resto dello staff. Prezzi onesti dato che oramai tutti hanno aumentato a dismisura i prezzi.
