30/10/2025: We organized a wonderful dinner at this location with some of my athletes and their parents.
We were all very satisfied with the excellent organization, the owner's professionalism, and especially the delicious pizza.
The interior of the location is gorgeous, very welcoming in my opinion.
I also highly recommend the gluten-free pizza for those with celiac disease.
We will definitely be back.

24/06/2025: Amazing tasting of croissants and maritozzi, all very fresh and with large portions. So much so that they made me forget what I was doing before eating them.

01/09/2025: ✨ A Hidden Gem – Café Marilu ✨
We happened to pass by the sweetest lady, Marilu, who runs her own little place with both a gelateria and top-quality espresso. We were immediately drawn in by the amazing aroma and taste.
The espresso is absolutely perfect – just as it should be in Italy – and the gelato… well, it was so good that we simply had to get another. Everything is homemade from scratch, and you can truly taste the quality. The quality is outstanding, the prices are very fair, and you can feel the love and passion Marilu puts into her place and the dolce.
Marilu runs the café herself together with her two daughters, and her warmth and charm make the experience even more special. For the gelato, we especially recommend the pistachio, almond, and tiramisu – but honestly, every flavor is soft, creamy, and full of taste.
We’re from Copenhagen and are deeply impressed by the incredibly high quality. If you have the time and opportunity, stop by, say hello to Marilu – you won’t regret it!
Who knows, maybe next year she’ll even have a pistachio farm – and if so, we’ll definitely be back to taste even more. 🌿🍨☕
21/08/2025: If gelato here is a journey of pleasure, the granitas are a leap into heaven. Fresh, intense, and unforgettable: tonight I was so enthralled that for the first time in my life, I had two in a row.
Mincuccio is a guarantee, a surefire way to impress friends, family, and so on.

12/10/2025: We went to Braceria Fuoco Matto for lunch this Sunday and it was a truly wonderful experience. The cuisine was authentic, tasty, and homemade, with an unmistakable flavor. The grilled meat was truly exquisite. The service was impeccable and they immediately responded to our every need. An experience we'll definitely repeat, especially considering the excellent value for money. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

27/09/2025: Last night we celebrated a dear friend's 80th birthday. We entrusted the catering to Artista. Michela and Alfonso arrived early and quickly set up the buffet and cake stations. They carefully arranged the food and, above all, paid attention to the aesthetics, placing lovely bowls of fresh flowers on the tables. They were kind and helpful throughout, accommodating our every request. All our guests raved about both the service and the deliciousness of the refreshments. Special thanks to Rosalia, who made the cake—it was beautiful and truly delicious! We're so happy we chose Artista!
24/07/2025: We chose to celebrate our daughter's birthday at this venue, and everything was perfect.
The buffet was excellent (we loved the savory croissants and focaccia), and the cake was truly delicious.

24/08/2025: A nice bar in the center of Palagiano. We stumbled upon it by chance on a Sunday morning, and it was unfortunately a bit crowded on a hot Sunday in August. However, the staff were friendly and the pasticciotti were delicious.

30/06/2025: When you order a sandwich/puccia in a BUTCHER'S SHOP, the meat should be cooked on the spot and then assemble the sandwich with the other fresh ingredients ordered, and not already all prepared and cooked and then simply add or worse remove the ingredients from inside based on the order and reheat it.
A disgrace.
Baked potatoes also cooked and reheated.
Hamburgers with a plasticized consistency, the meat suffers from the various cooking performed and is not fresh at all. In short, a terrible experience.

12/10/2025: A good hotel, with trained and kind staff. The hotel is probably renovated, with all the electronic equipment. Video cameras, blinds and windows in the bathroom electrically controlled by switches, USB sockets. Cleaning is done daily, but, from my point of view, it is not a 4-star hotel because of the very small rooms, shower 90 x 90 cm. Overall a good hotel for a small town like Palagiano
07/09/2025: Hygiene and service were nonexistent. The outside of the bidet was covered in feces. When we complained, the receptionist came to check and reiterated that she didn't think it was feces, despite the disgust visible on her face. We asked for another room. This one was cramped and dark: hair, sand, and dust on every surface, mold in the shower, debris in the toilet that returned after every flush, no Wi-Fi, no phone signal. Noisy. No compensation or apology, neither from the receptionist nor the manager.
Edit: I didn't ask or say anything after I was assigned the second room, noticing the incompetence, dishonesty, and lack of hygiene at this establishment. I never asked for a higher category room. You are liars and dishonest people like I've never seen before.

24/07/2025: The room overall is really nice, small and reasonable for the price. I recommend it for those passing through; the location is excellent; just outside the building are several places to visit, including various trattorias and pizzerias. The only downside is the blankets; they don't seem very clean.
24/07/2025: We stayed at the end of July with temperatures exceeding 35°C: the refrigerator didn't work, an unacceptable situation, especially with a 9-year-old in tow. We attempted to contact the property several times, but never received a response: a total lack of assistance!
Regarding hygiene, the situation was equally disappointing: ice cream stains behind the front door, dust and hair in the corners of the mezzanine. Unacceptable for a hospitality facility.
An unrepeatable experience in the worst sense of the word. We won't be returning and I strongly advise against this accommodation.
