22/08/2025: An elegant restaurant, furnished in a modern yet refined style. The kitchen is open, tidy, and efficient. The dishes are exquisite, perfectly executed with quality ingredients. The seafood appetizers are delicious, as are the burnt wheat orecchiette, and the mixed fried fish is excellent. The desserts are also delicious: figs with zabaglione, almond focaccia. The service is efficient and casual.

13/06/2025: We have been to La Locanda dello Zing several times, even on special occasions such as family birthdays, and each time it has been an impeccable experience. The place is small, with few seats, which makes it intimate, refined and cared for in the smallest details, the perfect environment for those looking for uncompromising quality.
What immediately strikes you is the attention to the selection of drinks: wines, sparkling wines, craft beers, bitters, rums and high-quality gins, chosen with taste and expertise. Maurizio, the owner, is a true connoisseur and always knows how to recommend the right pairing between dish and glass, guiding the guest with passion and professionalism.
One of the most appreciable things is that for each dish Maurizio takes the time to tell the story, the ingredients and the preparation, adding value to the gastronomic experience and transmitting all the care with which the menu is conceived.
In the kitchen there is Ivana, Maurizio's sister, who prepares each course entirely in-house. The dishes are refined, balanced and full of personality, from seafood and meat appetizers to first courses, second courses and desserts, all with attention to detail and prepared with high-quality ingredients. Upon request, you can also enjoy excellent raw fish, always very fresh and served with elegance.
Every visit is a journey through authentic and refined flavors, served with courtesy, passion and a familiar touch that makes everything even more special.
A little gem that deserves to be discovered and appreciated by those who love good food, done well and with heart.
Highly recommended.
19/05/2025: Very small portions, despite a first course (three tortelli...!), a second course and a dessert (micro), we left still hungry. Too bad, the food is good, the environment is nice and the owner is competent, but too expensive for the small portions.

24/06/2025: We celebrated our son's Communion, a lovely place, friendly and helpful staff. We ate very well with generous portions and above all we didn't have the problem of personally providing the cake and related decorations (thanks Arianna!). We will definitely return for the next occasion.

09/07/2025: I couldn't wait for it to reopen. The wait time for the right pizzas was long, the staff were friendly, and I found them to be very helpful. The prices seemed fair.
01/06/2025: We had dinner and tasted an excellent pizza with a really light dough and the typical aroma of a wood-fired oven: the choice fell on the pizza that bears the name of the restaurant, stuffed with fior di latte, cherry tomatoes, Norcia sausage and chopped pistachios. The cooking was impeccable, especially under the pizza and pleasant speckles on the surface. The flavor of the Norcia sausage was unique. The choice of dessert fell on a chocolate cake with a soft center, a sweet and balanced flavor that was not cloying to the palate, served with a decoration that was pleasant to the eye. The total cost of the dinner for 3 pizzas, 2 drinks, 2 desserts and the service charge is perfectly in line with the quality of the food, as well as the speed of the service. A place to definitely return to.

07/09/2023: Ho girato tantissimi ristoranti ma arrivare in Puglia e trovare un ristorante pizzeria,che per i primi li devo prenotare qualche giorno prima è intollerabile.dopo aver ordinato diversi antipasti i della casa neanche un tozzo di pane.in più il bancomat non funzionava.ps come alternativa solo pizza
14/08/2023: Pizza molto buona, proprietari gentilissimi ed estremamente disponibili. Abbiamo preso 3 pizze da asporto e ci hanno servito anche se stavano chiudendo. Prezzi bassissimi e qualità della pizza ottima, 18€ per 3 e pizze e 2 coca cola. Straconsigliato!

20/02/2025: La pizza è ottima, con impasto molto leggero e buona cottura. Ma ciò che ha reso l'esperienza davvero speciale è stato il personale. Gentilissimi e sempre pronti a fare due chiacchiere, ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa, dando consigli sulle specialità e creando un'atmosfera familiare e rilassante. La loro cordialità ha sicuramente reso il pasto ancora più piacevole. Un posto che consiglio a chi cerca non solo una buona pizza, ma anche un servizio che sa come coccolare i clienti.
