16/09/2025: We went for dinner in mid-September. We had a fish starter and a grilled fish dish. The starters were good, and the main course was decent. Nothing special, but still good, fair enough. The location was nothing special. Prices were average, in my opinion, for what we ate.

It was delicious every time.
The service team creates a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere where you feel welcome.

04/09/2025: Great place for holiday shopping. Very wide range, helpful staff and you can get a Puccia + drink at the bar (which is more of a bistro) for €6, which is an irresistible offer.
02/09/2025: Roberto's comment is completely out of place.... Are you normal? Exorbitant prices??!?! Where? You're at the seaside in Salento. The prices are much lower than any market in Bologna. If you come from Egypt and the prices seem high, that's your problem..... A tenner consumed at the bar is charged as if it were bought in the store. The store is stocked with everything you need. If this bar/market was missing, I would give Torre San Giovanni 3 stars. Great. Fresh vegetables, fruit, cold cuts, sandwiches, beers and spirits of all kinds. What more do you want at the seaside???? But look at the price of a beach umbrella sold by them....10 euros. The service is highly considered!!!!!! You feel at home!!!!!!

28/12/2025: We ate at this restaurant on Christmas Eve. You can choose between a meat or seafood menu, with generous appetizers, a delicious seafood first course (linguine with clams), and a fantastic fresh fried fish dish.
Highly recommended.

06/09/2025: Great experience! The restaurant is very nice, and the cuisine is traditional and high-quality. I highly recommend the orecchiette with turnip greens, the eggplant parmigiana, and the mixed grill. The Primitivo Salento IGP from the San Marzano winery was a great pairing, recommended by the restaurant!

22/12/2025: We discovered this place by chance, where time seems to have stood still. The atmosphere is refined, with a roaring fireplace warming the atmosphere. We enjoyed an excellent grilled meat and a platter of top-quality cured meats. We'll be happy to return. Recommended!
13/12/2025: A mini museum with a restaurant inside.
A beautiful restaurant, very clean, carefully decorated, and filled with many beautiful objects.
When I entered, the two fireplaces were off. I didn't dare disturb them, but then the owner and the girl in the dining room (I don't know their names) took care of lighting them.
We enjoyed excellent typical Salento cuisine; the broad beans with chicory were delicious, as were the fresh pasta and the mixed grill.
Thank you for the service and the bill. It respects the quality of the products.
The only question I didn't dare ask:
Why is there no wine list, but everything is reduced to:
Reds, Whites, and Rosés, when the Cantina Bella is full of beautiful and interesting bottles.

02/12/2025: I stayed here for the first time the first week of September and was quite satisfied. The apartment was quite well-equipped, with an LED TV, refrigerator, stovetop, mini-oven, and washing machine, but no air conditioning, although the rooms had ceiling fans. The train service to the beach was excellent, and it's close enough to walk there. The beach was clean and well-equipped, and the sea was gorgeous. My only complaint was that the property could use some maintenance, especially the paving of the paths and the parking decks. The entertainment was decent, but it could be a little more.
21/09/2025: Attempts to shout from the stage after 10 p.m. are proof of plain rudeness.

15/09/2025: Unclean environment: they brought us the can of coke (obviously not clean) with plastic cups stuck on top. The pizza was raw and the buffalo mozzarella, added out of the oven, had not been drained and wet the pizza 🥴 The porcini mushrooms, on the pizza, were almost non-existent. The only good thing was the spumone. The pittule were raw and very greasy. Strongly not recommended place

16/09/2025: I've been a regular at Pizzeria Staffa for years, and I can say the pizza is truly delicious! The quality of the ingredients, the flavor, and the perfect cooking make every pizza a unique culinary experience. Every time I leave Lido Marini, especially in the winter, I always want to come back and try one of their fantastic pizzas, especially the Staffa pizza.
I highly recommend it.

19/08/2025: Very well equipped campsite with many shaded spots and clean and spacious bathrooms. The owners are very kind and attentive to everything. The sea is 2 kilometers away and can only be reached by shuttle. The town is also far away but the kindness is unique in the campsite. There is also a go-kart track for fun.

12/07/2025: Siamo venuti in questo ristorante 2 volte e sicuramente torneremo per la simpatia dello staff in particolare di Gianni e per la squisitezza del cibo in particolare gli antipasti(cozze gratinate!) i primi tutti buonissimi il dolce e il caffè leccese.
Siamo venuti sin da roma e ci siamo goduti l'esperienza del mare stupendo del Salento e con queste cene l'esperienza è stata completata al meglio.

09/08/2025: Vengo spesso con la mia famiglia quì al Cool Garden di Torre San Giovanni.
Che dire, se non "sempre perfetto!"
sia nel menù alla carta che nelle cerimonie.
Menù molto buono, pizze squisite, ottimi i primi e secondi .
Ma la cosa che contraddistingue in eccellenza, è l'attenzione che tutto lo Staff ha per le persone con allergia e intolleranze.
Ho 2 bambine celiache, e garantisco, il COOLGARDEN è il Top su questo aspetto!
La location con la terrazzina all'aperto è molto gradevole, ma anche all'interno è tutto molto curato nei dettagli!
Il personale è sempre attento, e veloce.
Che dire...se dovessi trovare un difetto...impossibile!

20/07/2025: Abbiamo cenato in questo locale consigliatomi dal nostro residence...ordiniamo varie pietanze diverse...pizza, pesce e antipasti vari...il misto fritto era ancora congelato all interno...il pesce si percepiva surgelato e di scarsa qualità ( piovra gommosa in salamoia)..il peggio è arrivato con uno sfilatino farcito con pomodorini palesemente acidi a causa di una sicura mal conservazione...nel farlo notare il personale ci ha congedato con " i pomodorini arrivano in questi giorni così!" E ci viene fortunatamente ritirato il piatto e scalato dal conto...in conclusione il rapporto prezzo/ qualità non è assolutamente proporzionato!
01/07/2025: Il locale è ampio e per la maggior parte è all'esterno sotto un grande porticato.
Premetto che abbiamo optato per le pizze e quindi conto di ritornarci per altri piatti.
Il menù offre ampia scelta, oltre alle pizze, piatti sia di mare che di terra con prezzi nella norma.
Tornando alle pizze abbiamo scelto una ai frutti di mare (gratinati) e mozzarella ed una rossa con salsiccia.
Buone entrambe e grandi con impasto ben lievitato e digeribile, da bere 1 acqua liscia e vino bianco della casa frizzantino bevibile.
Conto finale 30,50 euro con regolare ricevuta, il servizio veloce nonostante il locale fosse pieno.
È consigliabile la prenotazione per i fine settimana
