15/01/2026: Simply excellent experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with kindness, friendliness, and great professionalism. The staff was impeccable and completely impartial, despite our "young" age (21-22) compared to the quality of the restaurant—a detail that was far from expected and truly appreciated. The display of meat cuts was a wonderful idea. Excellent attention to detail, too, like the sterilized towels in the bathroom. The quality of the service and products was simply excellent: everything was carefully prepared, the flavors extraordinary, and the timing perfect. 5/5☆ well deserved. We'll definitely be back!

26/09/2025: Calling it a restaurant is an understatement: it's simply beautiful and unexpected. You'd never expect the beauty and attention to detail I found on Tuesday evening in this sprawling establishment. The same attention to detail is evident in the food and service, which are excellent, excellent, excellent, if not excellent. It's a given that I'll be returning even though I'm 1,100 km away. Thank you and sincere compliments.

25/09/2025: After a year, I returned to this charming, historic restaurant, composed of many small rooms, but I was disappointed. The traditional Salento cuisine, once of a notable standard, has unfortunately declined in both quality and presentation. All the appetizers were mediocre, the first courses, including the maritati, were decent, and the guaccetto was exceptional. The desserts were good, and the recommended wine was mediocre. The service was friendly but confused and unprofessional. The price was high for the quality of the food.

Not only do they serve me fresh pastries at any time of day, and they NEVER fail me with a truly delicious coffee, but I must add that I'm always delighted to be greeted by the smiles and kindness of the staff, especially Sabrina, who is exceptionally courteous and polite. The place is extremely clean, as are the restrooms. You are a great example, my compliments.

I have never eaten there yet, but I hope to be able to try some dishes as soon as possible... it is not very far from MODA SI! ........ FROM MODA SI, YOU CAN PUT GOOGLE MAPS AND SEARCH FOR IT..... it is located in Racale. (Beautiful city, all to be discovered, there are beautiful ceramic shops, clothing! In short, walk in Racale and then, lunch or dinner at the trattoria! I forgot ... there is another room upstairs, all to be discovered by going up the stairs!.. Two different environments and also to be able to choose from.. I would say! Very interesting!
