22/08/2025: Amazing start with clear explanation of the meat they offer, best wine pairing and a great presentation when the food was served. After that… they forgot about us… no desert, no coffee🤷♂️. For sure a glitch cause they were very kind and knowledgeable.
08/08/2025: Intimate place, professional and very attentive staff, the owner is always on top of things, a true professional.
From the fries (not frozen) to the mashed potatoes, from the arrosticini to the steak, everything is top notch!!!!
I'm on vacation in Torre San Giovanni and it was worth it.

26/09/2025: Calling it a restaurant is an understatement: it's simply beautiful and unexpected.
You'd never expect the beauty and attention to detail I found on Tuesday evening in this sprawling establishment.
The same attention to detail is evident in the food and service, which are excellent, excellent, excellent, if not excellent.
It's a given that I'll be returning even though I'm 1,100 km away.

25/09/2025: After a year, I returned to this charming, historic restaurant, composed of many small rooms, but I was disappointed. The traditional Salento cuisine, once of a notable standard, has unfortunately declined in both quality and presentation. All the appetizers were mediocre, the first courses, including the maritati, were decent, and the guaccetto was exceptional. The desserts were good, and the recommended wine was mediocre. The service was friendly but confused and unprofessional. The price was high for the quality of the food.

19/08/2025: Always a pleasure. This bar is located in Piazza San Sebastiano in Racale. The food is delicious, and the owner and staff are extremely friendly. The outdoor seating is excellent for breakfast or aperitifs. Perfect for summer evenings.

Unfortunately, the opening hours shown on Google are incorrect. We wanted to go again on Tuesday, Wednesday, and/or Thursday, but after checking by phone, the restaurant was closed on those days. Therefore, it's best to call ahead and reserve a table if necessary, as it gets busy. A menu is only available by scanning the QR code. We'd be happy to come back when we're in the area 🫶

23/05/2025: Simple et efficace. Nous avons été un peu "pressés" de commander, ce qui s'explique peut-être par le fait qu'une table de 34 personnes était attendue. Nous avons mangé une pizza et des linguine vongole : simple, efficace, rien à redire. Une bonne adresse.

11/07/2025: Semplicemente, bravissimi!! Terzo anno di seguito che durante le nostre ferie estive veniamo una sera a cena all' agriturismo San Martino. Riconfermo pienamente l' ottima recensione degli anni scorsi. Materie prime di altissima qualità, molte prodotte in casa. Ottimo servizio. Pomodori secchi, mai mangiati così buoni. Eravamo in 11 e i giudizi sono stati umani!!

Ovviamente per noi , consigliatissimo.
