Applause goes to the kindness of the owners and staff (as well as friendliness), applause goes to the formula they have chosen. Excellent sandwiches and excellent meats, a location that I will regret for a while.

11/08/2024: I've been to a restaurant where the burgers are the real protagonists. I chose a sandwich that surprised me with the quality of the meat, tender and tasty, and with the perfect balance between the condiments. Every bite was a feast for the palate, with flavors that blended perfectly. The chips, golden and crispy, were the ideal side dish. The place has a welcoming atmosphere and the service was quick and courteous. An experience that I highly recommend to those who love burgers done to perfection.

27/08/2024: Palate31 is a real jewel for lovers of Salento cuisine! I had the pleasure of tasting their delicious Salento pucce and I must say that they are simply divine. The dough is soft and fragrant, while the filling is rich in authentic and genuine flavours. The Palate31 staff is exquisite, friendly and always available to recommend the specialties on the menu. The atmosphere is welcoming and familiar, it really makes you feel at home. I highly recommend paying a visit to Palate31 to savor the authentic flavors of the Salento tradition and live an unforgettable culinary experience.

06/06/2024: By chance we stopped to eat in this small restaurant in a beautiful location while visiting the village of Presicce, we were welcomed by the owner and his daughter in a kind and attentive manner. We tasted some excellent wine from local wineries recommended by the owner at very fair prices . We were at the beginning of our holiday in Puglia and we ordered the classic orecchiette with turnip tops...Good! So good nowhere else! Fabulous indeed. Go there and you will not find yourself regretting it. Thanks also for offering an excellent amaro. Highly recommended.

17/08/2024: Restaurant only review: Everything we tried was very good and well presented, on a very large and pleasant outdoor terrace. Correct quality-price ratio. Correct and professional service but not excessively friendly.

16/08/2024: Wonderful experience..from the place.rooms.garden in complete relaxation to the kindness and helpfulness of the owners Desdemona and Salvatore..quality dinners..top holiday. I hope to return..highly recommended

17/08/2024: Very nice and suggestive place in the historic center.. Good starters, overall mediocre cuisine with very slow service.. we waited an hour and a half before being served.. to end up in the kitchen it seemed like knives were flying... the pseudo chef, instead of cooking, kept threatening not to show up for work anymore, railing loudly and in a very colorful way all evening against a colleague in the kitchen... I thought I was part of the television series 'Nightmare Kitchens'

17/08/2024: An evocative place with a love story to tell (or be told?). Generous portions and full of flavour. The classy staff knows how to make you feel at home. Impossible not to return!
