08/01/2025: The stay was a pleasant reconfirmation and it is not the first time I have brought a group to this structure, always kind in their welcome and immediately ready for customer requests. Clean rooms, perfect bed linen and towels. The thing I like most is the shower, large and relaxing thanks to the play of lights. Breakfast is also varied, plentiful from sweet to savory, a small gem is the good cheeses, ricotta and burrata. The only flaw is the waiting time for dinner, which was repaid by the good quality of the food and a beautiful musical evening. We'll see you soon with other groups

19/01/2025: I went to Zenzero to have dinner with my boyfriend, welcoming environment and staff with music or a projected football match, I ordered again my delicious cheesebaconburger sandwich which I always struggle to finish, which is a positive thing, while he had an excellent bresaola pizza and the edge can be filled with different ingredients

Un'atmosfera molto raffinata in un contesto originale, buona musica e delle persone squisite e sorridenti che servono dei gustosissimi cocktails e vari aperitivi. Grande giardino in estate attrezzato con poltrone e divani confortevoli e tanto verde.
Sono serviti diversi e succulenti menù a cominciare dalle hors-d'œuvre, sushis, sushi-mi, pletanze locali tradizione fino agli ottimi desserts. Buona scelta di vini e digestivi diversi.
Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.
Da conoscere assolutamente.

28/09/2024: Ottima cena! Non sono del luogo, ma non sono un turista. Avendo sposato una donna di Poggiardo, arrivata a Roma con i genitori più di 50 anni fa e che io ho conosciuto circa 40 anni or sono, da allora ogni estate dedichiamo qualche giorno di ferie a questa città e allo splendido Salento, che oramai conosco abbastanza bene. Pur avendone girati moltissimi, non ero mai stato in questo ristorante! É stata una sorpresa piacevolissima! Tutto perfetto. Le materie prime (ho mangiato anche dei porcini favolosi), la preparazione in cucina (ottime le linguine con crema di crostacei), prelibato il crudo e semplicemente sensazionale il dolce (pasta di mandorle, ricotta e arancio) dal connubio di sapori equilibrato e suadente! Prezzo onesto (e non è poca cosa). Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo! Bravissimi! Complimenti! Ci tornerò sicuramente!

09/02/2025: Endless wait, pizzas arrived after almost two hours and still wrong. Helpful and kind waiters, the owner (who also manages the cash register) super rude, annoyed as the payments had to be made with the POS, so much so that he wanted to increase the actual price. We will definitely not return😊

29/11/2024: Il posto è sempre bello ed accogliente, ma volevo confermare la qualità ed il servizio eccellenti. Un filetto servito su tagliere con piastra rovente a parte, che mi è stata cambiata dopo un po' di tempo, per continuare la cottura alla giusta temperatura. Come guarnitura un rametto di pomodori arrostiti, il tutto davvero a livelli d'eccellenza. Prezzi assolutamente proporzionati. Bravi!

Porzioni degli antipasti (30€) sicuramente misere.
Già un anno fa erano diversi e abbondanti, probabilmente tutta colpa della crisi.
Con le opzioni che ci sono in giro non ci andrò mai più.
Però il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e per un conto moooolto alto mi ha offerto i due caffè che abbiamo preso.
10/08/2024: Cameriere scortese e metteva fretta senza lasciar spazio a decisioni personali in oltre un tempo di attesa spropositato per il costo
