04/09/2025: I was impressed by the variety of ideas brought to the table, dishes carefully crafted, presented, and described in detail, flavors enhanced by sometimes unusual condiments and sauces.
The wine list also boasts a good selection.
It's difficult to choose a favorite, but the rice boiled in fish broth with raw fish absolutely delighted my palate, a perfect balance of savory, smoky flavors, a hint of spiciness, and the perfectly cooked grains.
After dessert, the Chef offered us a taste of his creation featuring pine cones and walnuts in sweet sauces.
03/09/2025: The food is divine, high-quality cuisine, with surprising and alternative dishes, and friendly and efficient staff. The desserts are amazing. What more can I say? Oh... yes... I forgot: excellent value for money.

The atmosphere is extremely relaxing and welcoming, perfect for a quiet evening with friends. The staff demonstrates impeccable professionalism, always attentive and courteous without ever being intrusive.
A great strength of the restaurant is the excellent quality of the ingredients used: extremely fresh and authentic ingredients that emerge simply yet with great flavor in every dish. The cleanliness of the premises is also impeccable, a factor that helps make guests feel completely at ease.
Considering the quality offered, the prices are more than fair, offering truly remarkable value. I highly recommend L'Aura to anyone who wants to enjoy local cuisine in a charming and professional setting. An experience worth repeating!

The owners Graziano and Caterina are special people who with their friendliness make the holiday even more pleasant even if it is only a few days. The SPA is spectacular, relaxing and individual, there are expert people who make you relax with their messages. In particular the owner who with her friendliness and professionalism as a complete beautician makes even short holidays super pleasant. THANK YOU SO MUCH ❤️.
23/04/2025: I would say the Masseria 10 in all quality and price...the owners Graziano and Caterina were very kind, it felt like being in a family...the rooms were tidy and clean...you could really smell the clean smell...abundant breakfast, if you want there is also savory...and I would say the food is too much...diet doesn't exist here...well done guys...next time I have to opt for the spa, see you next time

already written: one of the worst places we have been to, with very poor quality food and moreover cooked by non-chefs.
03/03/2025: A top-rated osteria in Salento. A varied menu and the spartan style typical of a traditional osteria. The current owner and host, Nicola, offers an excellent welcome.

20/03/2025: We found ourselves in this pizzeria by chance, on the occasion of the visit to the "tables of San Giuseppe". The first time we had a takeaway pizza, this year we sat at the table. What can I say: Family atmosphere, good pizza, good and familiar service. I recommend it.

03/08/2025: A place that's become a bit like a friend's house, where we stop when we're in Salento... simple but authentic local dishes - the fava bean puree with chicory is a must!
Last but not least, the service is truly welcoming and the atmosphere is so cheerful!

14/06/2025: Location meravigliosa, immersa tra i vigneti, calma e tranquillità. Cibo squisito, piatti ricercati e studiati, sia nei sapori che nelle presentazioni, nonostante alla base ci siano ingredienti semplici e autoctoni della zona, se non di produzione propria.
Non parliamo dei vini, Il fiore all’occhiello, tutti di propria produzione e davvero gustosi. Il personale top, gentile e professionale. Un esperienza davvero unica. ❤️
14/06/2025: Encantador lugar y ambiente. La comida era tan agradable, Burrata para empezar seguido de costillas de cerdo y espaguetis de tomate muscular. Calidad de la comida excelente, el personal atento y muy amable. Quizás pedí demasiado, pero tener diferentes cosas para probar dio una mejor visión general de la comida. Muy recomendable.

24/09/2024: Premetto: mia moglie è salentina, quindi non sto esplorando nuovi sapori. Infatti la "puteca de mieru" (= bottega del vino, osteria) offre piatti tipici della zona. Ma devo dire che la bontà dei cibi, l'atmosfera del locale e, soprattutto, la cordialità, l'ospitalità di Carmine - il proprietario - e della gentilissima sua consorte hanno superato (e di molto) ogni aspettativa, facendoci sentire "a casa". Ottime (e abbondanti!) le sagne al sugo con polpette, ottimi e abbondanti i pezzetti di cavallo, il tutto innaffiato con un fresco vino rosato di una Cantina del luogo. Ad un prezzo davvero esiguo abbiamo passato una bellissima serata in un ambiente tranquillo e il proposito è di ritornare periodicamente per gustare altre pietanze. Peccato non poter dare più di 5 stelle.
18/09/2024: Una piccola osteria nel cuore del Salento con atmosfera casalinga e amichevole. Il cibo è prelibato e abbondante con buona scelta per chi come come noi non mangi carne. Il valore aggiunto i gestori che ci hanno accolto con amicizia e simpatia..

30/04/2024: In questa gelateria i gelati sono fantastici , grandissimi e buonissimi , per fortuna non chiude presto e si può andare dopo cena ci sono spumoni e pezzi duri e perfino i ..maritozzi! Il proprietario gelataio è bravissimo.
