26/08/2025: We stayed here this summer and were reluctant to leave.
Completely immersed in nature, the rooms are well-kept, the pool is beautiful, and the staff is always helpful and friendly.
The location is strategic for those who want to visit both the Salento hinterland and the coast.
The agriturismo offers light lunch options for lunch, and for dinner there's a set menu featuring delicacies from their garden.
Highly recommended, also for its value.
24/08/2025: I went there for dinner. The setting was beautiful and well-maintained. The vegetables were incredibly fresh (you can tell they're homegrown, not supermarket-grown). The pasta was homemade, not processed. The dishes were simple but truly excellent. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and the service was prompt. The price/quality ratio was excellent. I'll definitely be back with a group of friends.

Paid admission for nothing interesting to see.
You could opt for a guided tour or a solo tour, but the problems begin immediately: there are no decent services. The stairlifts are almost all broken and not autonomous. There is no staff except at the entrance to collect tickets. Many places are inaccessible to the disabled or for strollers and wheelchairs.
It would be appropriate and appropriate to notify customers of the inconvenience before charging.
Huge crowds come to events, so we also need to consider additional services: car parking, spaces reserved for disabled visitors, and so on.
Stay updated.

28/07/2025: Our second visit to this restaurant, and once again we were satisfied. The appetizers were varied and plentiful, the first courses were really good, and the desserts were excellent. We'll be back again.
28/07/2025: A small restaurant offering an interesting menu. The dishes, inspired by local tradition, are very tasty and well-prepared, including those featuring horse meat that we particularly enjoyed. We really enjoyed the tagliata, meatballs, and "pezzetti" (small pieces).
The price/quality ratio is favorable.

We were greeted with water and hot pittule, then we ordered, and the food arrived fairly quickly.
Highly recommended for seafood lovers.

25/07/2025: I'm not talking about the pizza, but I'm talking about something where I'm increasingly noticing a lack of professionalism, the service...slow, slow, and also lacking in experience and professionalism, including the organization. We ordered fried food and then the pizzas arrived, all while asking three times for the drinks we ordered. Lastly, to keep things short, we asked for the bitters and were given this answer: "I don't know, we have so many, I don't remember." It's shocking, not only did they not even call anyone to take the order, but we had to get up from the table to go and choose the alcoholic drinks ourselves.
24/07/2025: We ate there twice to try their pizzas! We weren't disappointed at all.
Thin crust, well-topped pizzas. They were very good! The service was pretty fast.

05/07/2025: Actually, I would like to review the restaurant, not a hotel.
The environment is characterized by a very intimate, elegant but at the same time welcoming atmosphere. The owner is an extremely kind person and attentive to his customers.
The dishes we ate were presented to us in a very careful way and turned out to be extremely interesting both for the quality of the raw material used and for the combination of flavors.
The bill was correct..

27/08/2025: We ordered linguine with clams (definitely bought in a can at the supermarket, never seen a dish with shelled clams) and they arrived very salty, inedible. We mentioned this to the waiter, who apologized but told us that the chef would have charged us for them anyway and didn't care what we thought. We found his attitude truly rude; he could have apologized instead of having the waiter cover for him. A terrible experience. The other dishes were lousy.

10/08/2025: Terrible peppered mussels, not to mention the quality of the mussels; we repeatedly found broken mussel shells in our mouths.
I can't justify the price of the first courses: €20 a portion! I'd gladly pay that, but for a memorable dish.
Moral of the story? There were three of us: €120 for a central peppered mussel dish, three first courses, two waters, and their cheapest bottle of wine.
At the cashier, they didn't even bother to ask if everything was okay;
We paid and said goodbye. I don't think they'll ever see us again. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Ma lo staff di Masseria Scagnito ha invece confermato una grande professionalità e cortesia. Servizio rapido, efficiente e cortese, a corollario di una cucina davvero ben fatta. 24/07/2025: Sono tornato alla Masseria Scagnito per la seconda volta in un mese e, ancora una volta, si è confermata un posto magico. Un angolo di autentica bellezza dove ogni dettaglio è curato con passione. Il menù si distingue per la qualità delle materie prime e la bontà dei piatti, una cucina che sa esaltare i sapori veri della tradizione senza mai essere banale.
Un plauso speciale va ai ragazzi in sala: gentili, attenti e competenti, riescono a farti sentire sempre accolto con professionalità e calore.
E poi c’è Chiara, la vera anima della Masseria, il suo sorriso coinvolgente e la sua innata capacità di far sentire ogni ospite a casa rendono l’esperienza ancora più speciale.
Un luogo in cui tornare e ritornare, ogni volta con la certezza di vivere momenti autentici e indimenticabili.
