03/03/2024: If I could give 0 stars I would have. We waited 1 hour and a half to get the pizzas (which also arrived 10 minutes apart) which turned out to be almost inedible. More than anything they looked like poorly made piadinas... we get the bill and to top it off we aren't even given a receipt. We had to explicitly request it. The one and only positive note is the location, for the rest.. A DISASTER!

02/03/2024: Cucina messicana inesistente, perfino disgustosa. Uno squallido tentativo di appioppare l'etichetta "messico" a pietanze assemblate alla bell'e meglio, inguardabili e rivoltanti. I "nachos con carne" sono dei banalissimi nachos da busta sottomarca, cosparsi di carne macinata e inondati di formaggio (probabilmente cheddar). Il tutto si compatta e si trasforma in un unico blocco gommoso e freddo. Risultato: quello che potresti cucinare tu stesso a casa se fossi un tossico e avessi solo patatine, carne e formaggio a casa. Tristissimo. I "burritos" sono dei fagottini di pasta da calzone (nulla a che fare con la piadina messicana) con dentro pomodoro, carne e quella che crediamo fosse mozzarella: praticamente un calzone salentino che di messicano non ha niente, accompagnato ta un risottino con i pisellini (spacciato per "riso messicano, quando è palesemente riso parboiled). Darei zero stelle se fosse possibile.

18/02/2024: Un posto sconsigliato! Le misure di sala non corrispondono alla quantità di persone che stavano dentro,la sala senza finestre,con i climatizzatori spenti e la porta chiusa!non si poteva respirare!! Eravamo in 6( 4 adulti+1 ragazzo di 12 anni +1 bambina di 5 anni) , il tavolo hanno apparecchiato per 5 !!! Ciò è la bambina non aveva né bicchiere né tovagliolo né posate 🤦🤦Abbiamo ordinato le pizze, prima volta nella mia vita mi è stato detto che la mini Margherita non possono fare 🤦,allora abbiamo diviso la pizza a metà, Le pizze carbonizzate sono arrivate dopo un ora di attesa,i bambini avevano fame,ma niente🤦Quando la cameriera ha portato mezza pizza per la bambina neanche ha chiesto servono le posate o bicchiere per la bambina🤦🤦 Tutto da migliorare assolutamente!!! Quando ho chiesto perché abbiamo aspettato così tanto,la risposta era: abbiamo solo 1 pizzaiolo 😂😂😂 e allora prendete un altro,perché è difficile a spiegare a bambini che tutta la colpa del pizzaiolo Per noi non è stata per niente una bella serata. Non torno più 👎

04/02/2024: Very nice and spacious place outside the cover easily accessible with a beautiful, well-kept summer garden, perfect for warm summer evenings. I come to the kitchen, the starter of mixed frittini was excellent, the first course was disappointing, we had asked for the Tria with chickpeas but it wasn't Tria but rather watered down and very salty sagne ncannulate with very large chickpeas which are not typical of Salento, I assume canned chickpeas. The chicken burritos served with rice were excellent, the roast meat was excellent, the pizza requested undercooked but arrived burnt was disappointing. Waiting times too long after the fried food, 1 hour and 15 minutes passed and the dishes did not respect the order of arrival. The pignata meat was soft but very salty and too impregnated with oil that floated on the surface. Too bad, small details that make the difference. The desserts are good. Courteous and helpful staff. The place is worth it, clean, tidy, large welcoming rooms, I hope they pay more attention to the details regarding the dishes. Good luck The Baritone.

26/01/2024: We have known Escamotage for a long time and it has now changed location and is called La Corte. Wonderful environment, brand new, in a splendid farmhouse carefully renovated preserving the ancient charm and elegance, surrounded by a beautiful park. The food was excellent, as we already knew... impeccable service. Very satisfied.

22/04/2024: Pleasant discovery in Copertino...Very nice pub and good food! We really appreciated the pillow! Friendly and helpful staff. Good value for money.

19/09/2023: A historic pastry shop in Copertino... I order cakes, but not only for my birthdays (for at least 30 years), here! I recommend the "Torta Fazzoletto" excellent in its simplicity!
