La Corte In Copertino

Very nice and spacious place outside the cover easily accessible with a beautiful, well-kept summer garden, perfect for warm summer evenings. I come to the kitchen, the starter of mixed frittini was excellent, the first course was disappointing, we had asked for the Tria with chickpeas but it wasn't Tria but rather watered down and very salty sagne ncannulate with very large chickpeas which are not typical of Salento, I assume canned chickpeas. The chicken burritos served with rice were excellent, the roast meat was excellent, the pizza requested undercooked but arrived burnt was disappointing. Waiting times too long after the fried food, 1 hour and 15 minutes passed and the dishes did not respect the order of arrival. The pignata meat was soft but very salty and too impregnated with oil that floated on the surface. Too bad, small details that make the difference. The desserts are good. Courteous and helpful staff. The place is worth it, clean, tidy, large welcoming rooms, I hope they pay more attention to the details regarding the dishes. Good luck The Baritone.

We have known Escamotage for a long time and it has now changed location and is called La Corte. Wonderful environment, brand new, in a splendid farmhouse carefully renovated preserving the ancient charm and elegance, surrounded by a beautiful park. The food was excellent, as we already knew... impeccable service. Very satisfied.

Ricordavo Escamotage per la cucina messicana, riproporla nella nuova location (non pubblicizzata correttamente), non propriamente messicana, non aiuta ad immergersi in un’esperienza culinaria internazionale. Le pietanze sono risultate sufficientemente buone ma solo un ricordo delle vecchie pietanze.

Ho recentemente visitato un ristorante che si autoproclama messicano, ma purtroppo l'esperienza è stata tutto tranne che autentica. Dal momento in cui ho varcato la soglia, ho avuto il presentimento che qualcosa non andasse, se cercate un'autentica esperienza messicana, questo non è il posto giusto. È un triste esempio di un ristorante che sfrutta la popolarità di una cucina internazionale senza dedicarsi realmente a capire e rispettare la sua autenticità.
