We were craving a barbecue and by chance we found this butcher's shop and grill... a simple little place with wonderful owners. They made us feel at home, and the quality of the food they serve is exceptional, with generous portions. Highly recommended!

23/08/2025: We had dinner at this restaurant where we were greeted wonderfully! The waiters were very friendly, the sushi, although not exceptional, was still good. The service was TERRIBLE. Our dishes arrived and the table hadn't been set yet, and the glasses were still warm from the dishwasher!

23/07/2025: Io e la mia famiglia, in vacanza in Salento, trovandoci di passaggio a Casarano, abbiamo pranzato in quest'ottimo ristorante. Date le alte temperature esterne, ci siamo accomodati all'interno dove l'aria condizionata era davvero gradevole, rinfrescante ma senza infastidire. Il locale è davvero carino, curato e pulito. Io e mio marito abbiamo scelto gli scialatielli al sugo di crostacei con tartare di gamberi di Gallipoli: erano davvero squisiti! Invogliati dal primo così buono, abbiamo preso anche il secondo: tagliata di tonno, la cui cottura era perfetta, e insalata di mare fatta da loro con calamari, polpo, gamberi e verdurine: fresca e gustosa. I bambini hanno mangiato orecchiette al pomodoro e cotoletta con patatine. Le porzioni erano così abbondanti che abbiamo faticato a finire tutto. Anche il pane è stata una coccola: le fette erano calde e fragranti. I prezzi sono nella media del luogo, anzi a parer nostro, forse anche leggermente inferiori rispetto ad altri locali sulla costa che offrono un servizio non al livello di questo. È stata davvero un'esperienza piacevole perché abbiamo mangiato molto bene e per questo lo consigliamo.

10/07/2025: I used the Class Party group's service for my birthday celebrations, and the service was impeccable: the staff was extremely professional, accommodating to every request and courteous to the customer. The value for money was excellent, as the service allowed the customer to enjoy the event without having to worry about anything. Furthermore, the Class Party group paid particular attention to cleanliness and order.

16/05/2025: I was in Casarano and decided to go into this takeaway. Wide selection and clean place. Good octopus with potatoes, I especially liked the peppers with fresh tomato sauce...a truly genuine flavor. Welcoming and friendly owner. See you next time...

15/08/2025: Good experience, apart from an initial misunderstanding about the order, but nothing major. It was a good experience. Everything was tasty. Perhaps the chicken fingers could be improved. They weren't the highest quality and were perhaps overcooked. The rest was good pub quality, professionalism, and kindness. Excellent draft beer. Prices were normal for those of us accustomed to "NORDE" prices... one of the few places that are honest about the PRICE of water. If I were to return to Salento, I would gladly return.

31/07/2025: An English-style pub offering excellent burgers and delicious pizzas. I love their "Nottingham" pizza with mozzarella, bacon, Pecorino Romano, egg, and pepper... amazing! They have a good selection of beers and excellent spirits; I recommend the Legendario rum and the Pellerossa rum.

The restaurant is located inside a typical Salento residence, with splendid star-shaped vaults that reflect the history and authentic charm of the area. The atmosphere is welcoming, familiar, simple yet meticulously crafted, perfect for those seeking a quiet corner away from the tourist bustle. We sampled the pizza—fragrant, light, with quality ingredients, perfectly cooked—and a rich assortment of truly delicious Salento fried pastries: crispy, flavorful, and not at all greasy, prepared with evident skill and love for local tradition. The desserts are also excellent and not to be missed. The staff was extremely kind, always smiling and helpful, ready to offer advice with courtesy and attention, without ever being intrusive. We immediately felt at home. The prices are also noteworthy, decidedly fair considering the quality of the food and the overall experience: a value for money that is hard to find elsewhere. In conclusion, an authentic place where you can breathe the true essence of Salento. We will definitely return and enthusiastically recommend it to anyone looking for a genuine, delicious, and relaxing experience.
