The dough is light and fragrant, with a perfect leavening that makes the pizza digestible and crunchy at the right level. The ingredients are very fresh and high quality, which really makes a difference in the taste. The service was impeccable: the staff is kind, attentive and always available to recommend the best combinations. The environment is welcoming, with a pleasant atmosphere that makes the experience even more special.

20/09/2024: Nonostante non ami lo zucchero, una certa fame ed un gran desiderio di gelato mi han fatto scegliere, oggi, - qui - lo spumone "spumonsoia", uno spumone di particolare concezione (ad esempio, con poco destrosio), per me nella versione nocciola e cacao), che ho poi trovato BUONISSIMO! Ne ho conservato una metà in freezer, per un secondo momento di massima gradevolezza.
