24/11/2025: Excellent pizzas and fried foods, but their specialty—and believe me, I haven't found it anywhere else—is their second-to-the-minute accuracy with orders. We placed an order over the phone and had agreed to pick it up at 9:20 PM on a Sunday evening (I specify because the pizzeria was busy). Well, at 9:20 PM, they broke the clock and gave us our food. I've never experienced such punctuality. Highly recommended pizzeria.

I attended a confirmation on Sunday and had warned them about my son's celiac condition, and I have to say they exceeded all expectations. The pasta was a little slow to cook for a child, but that's a matter of taste. The rest of the food was excellent, the fried food was delicious, and they were very careful about cross-contamination.
23/10/2025: Excellent family restaurant, very welcoming, with traditional cuisine, pizza, chips, pasta, etc. Very good, excellent value for money - you can come here with your eyes closed!

14/11/2025: I'm very satisfied with the friendliness, professionalism, kindness, and helpfulness of the entire staff. They were completely willing to give me the space to create my entire setup.
Furthermore, on the occasions I've had the pleasure of being here to sample their food, I've been equally satisfied. Truly, everything was excellent.

Pizza by the meter is a great idea, but they should also offer a traditional round pizza (they only make it for those with food intolerances).
Slow service, about an hour before taking the order.

12/10/2025: We were staying at a hotel nearby and after some Google searches, we decided on da Roberta. It was a good choice.
What appealed was the Pinsa Romana. It's an oval shaped pizza-like food but it is different. Roberta is a certified maker of them. Wife and I spilt one and really enjoyed it. The crust is amazing and the variety of toppings is diverse.
We then finished with Salento peninsula pasta with a wonderful creamy tomato sauce.
Paired with a quaffable regional red wine and you have a fine repast.

20/12/2024: Tenuta Mascarini è una sala ricevimenti impeccabile, ci sono stati vicini dall'accoglienza fino alla fine del 18esimo di mio figlio. Grazie a tutto lo staff per aver reso il giorno di festa in un giorno indimenticabile dal cibo, al servizio, all' accuratezza dei dettagli.
19/10/2024: Posto molto ben organizzato,giardino curato con molto verde e varie tipologie di piante,uno stagno limpido e pulito,struttura elegante e curata nei particolari,cibo molto buono e mai in fine sempre rimpiazzato..staff e direttrice sorridenti capaci e a disposizione,in particolare la ragazza Lisa.che mi versava da bere non trascurando mai attenzioni per il nostro tavolo.grazie e complimenti
