20/06/2025: I came to dinner with my girlfriend for the first time. To say that it was an incredibly pleasant experience is an understatement. It is rare that I leave reviews but this activity deserves it. The environment is comfortable, there is the right intimacy between the tables, finely furnished with the right atmosphere. The waiting staff was extremely courteous, they expertly recommended the pairings based on our choices both in terms of dishes and in terms of wine, where the owner proved to be a profound expert on the subject. The entrée with the spheres and the bread with oil was highly appreciated, with a notable and pleasant aroma. The dishes, from the appetizers to the main courses to the dessert, were all incredibly balanced, presented in an almost perfect way, the flavors were all perfectly articulated even in the most daring combinations. The octopus in the roll was toasted to perfection, so as to enhance its flavor on the tomato with a marked sweetness. The final polaroid, complete with a written dedication, is a distinctive and extremely pleasant gem that closes the evening in an iconic way. The bill was more than honest, like few others. For those looking for a little pearl in Modugno, this activity is absolutely worth considering.

08/05/2025: Il miglior bar di Modugno. La qualità del caffè è eccezionale, e si intuisce che a monte c'è una ricerca dell'aroma basata sulla giusta scelta delle fragranze arabiche e robuste. I dolci e le torte sono davvero buoni, artigianali e con ricco assortimento. Umberto e Giuliano sono sempre cordiali e attenti ai clienti. Lo consiglio vivamente.

30/05/2025: One of the best pizzas ever eaten! My choice was Bufala DOP and my husband’s Emanuel. You can taste that all ingredients used are best quality. I was impressed of how rich and tasty the pomodoro sauce was in my pizza. If I come back to Puglia, I’ll definitely get back! One million out of ten 👌🏼🍕😋

28/06/2025: A delightful family small restaurant we found on tje way to Bari airport. Pizza only in the evening, we tried gorgonzola flan, purple prawn carpaccio, seafood tagliatele. Everything was top notch. Great friendly hosts, modern interior. Highly recommended

15/06/2025: Delicious food, the dishes are tasty. Service was great, so was the wine. Price quality is just good, recommended. A B&B can be booked!! Unfortunately, we found out too late, it is really worth it.

26/05/2025: They offer an all you can eat service, with basic courses decided by them. If you stop only at those you can leave something. Beyond that you can take what you want, and you have to eat everything. But the first courses are so seasoned and full of seeds or vegetables that they fill you up and above all you don't always understand what they are made of, and, in fact, you eat what they give you, and that is not always easy to digest.

16/03/2025: On the occasion of my daughter's first confession we decided to book an aperitif at Quintaessere. The owner Fabio was very helpful and friendly in advising us on what was best to offer the guests. Smiling waiters, kind and ready to satisfy our requests. Buffet complete with cocktails, rotisserie, cold cuts, cheeses, dairy products and excellent quality dessert. Price more than honest!

The place is really well looked after, with a warm and modern atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The spaces are welcoming, tastefully furnished and perfect for both an informal dinner and a more special occasion. The service deserves a special mention: the staff is attentive, helpful and manages to convey that genuine courtesy that makes the difference. Always present at the right time, without ever appearing intrusive. The culinary offering is interesting, with well-made dishes and correct portions. We found the quality to be good and the menu varied, capable of satisfying different tastes. The prices are absolutely in line with the experience offered, honest and justified by the environment and the service. Ultimately, an excellent choice if you are looking for a place to spend a nice evening in company, with the certainty of being welcomed and served in the best possible way. We will definitely be back!
