25/03/2024: I had the opportunity to return to the "Cari nostri" pizzeria and I was really impressed by the overall quality of the experience. The pizzas are absolutely delicious, made with fresh, high quality ingredients. The dough is extraordinarily light and digestible, without losing that intense and authentic flavour. You can clearly see the passion and skill of the pizza chefs in every bite. However, I must mention that during our visit we had to wait over an hour before being served, without anyone spontaneously approaching us to inform us about the status of our order. Only after we went to ask for information did the staff act promptly to resolve the situation. Despite this small hiccup, the excellent quality of the food and the pleasant atmosphere still made for a very positive evening.

04/04/2024: A slightly out of the way place, but which is still very popular for its gastronomic offerings. Thin pizza in an infinite number of versions, including always some off the menu with seasonal ingredients. The cuisine is also very popular with both meat and fish dishes. Convenient and spacious internal parking. Recommended I would say!

25/03/2024: I went on a Saturday. Very bad experience. Biblical waiting times even with reservation. Indescribable chaos of people. Absurd prices on certain products. 1 liter of water 3.50 euros. 1 industrial bar semifreddo cup 5 euros. Too much pizza... or rather exaggeratedly thin... practically a sheet of paper. Dried fried fish beyond belief. Menu taken: 1 fried fish...1 pizza, sausage, asparagus and peppers...1 liter of water...1 plate of grilled vegetables...2 sorbets and a dessert...47 euros. Too. I will never go back there again.

25/02/2024: Although we had booked the table in advance days before, my wife and I together with a couple of our friends with an 8 year old daughter upon arrival for the agreed time (7pm on Saturday evening) were rejected because our friends They had with them a 4kg Pincher dog (I can personally assure you that he was very good) who fits in one arm when they walk and always curls up on their thighs when they are sitting at the table. It created enormous inconvenience for everyone because we had to reschedule the evening and find a new place and, given the rush hour, without many difficulties, especially for our friends whose daughter was still young and used to having dinner early. In the end we went to Pino in Viale della Repubblica and without any reservation they welcomed us with pleasure and politeness despite the little dog. Indeed, I would add that inside their restaurant there was a blind gentleman with a guide dog (German shepherd) in tow. This is true civilization. Dear managers of the Centrale, you work hard to be superior in food and products to other places but you should first learn to be superior humanly and civilly. Shame on you. Uncivilized. Prehistoric. We will give you the worst advertising that could exist.

02/04/2024: On holiday for the Easter holidays, we decided to end on a high note. This restaurant is located inside a castle, "CastelBrando" to be precise. To get to the restaurant, you enter the heart of the castle, the environment is refined and elegant. Eating one meter from the battlements of the castle walls, enjoying a spectacular view, we ate very well, and were served by Hasna, who gave us courteous, attentive and excellent service. The desserts sealed the evening, all delicious. The prices, despite being in such an exclusive location, are moderate and affordable for everyone. We will definitely return to eat, also to enjoy the hotel and the spa, we were so impressed. Super super recommended.

30/03/2024: I've only been to the spa. The spa was spectacular but also the restaurant, where I had an aperitif. From above you can see the village.

Clean bathrooms like the whole place, you spend around €45 on the first course, second course, dessert and drinks, a good price, compliments to the manager of the place who works with passion and speaks to everyone in the same way, calling himself "lei"

16/03/2024: The food, while good, is absolutely not up to the price. In addition to already charging 2/3 euros more than normal, they also charge 30 cents for the pizza box. The environment itself does not excel, it is a common environment, certainly not that of a starred restaurant, but not dull or unpleasant either. The staff did not show any particular traits. Courtesy in greeting and a little delay in preparation. Let's move on to the main reason why I give 3 stars: the pizza. The pizza, as previously mentioned, is good for being from a restaurant in a small village, but for a pizza of this quality the price is really excessive, ranging between 9 and 10 euros for a pizza with an average 150g of dough, dry and with ingredients practically available in the supermarket. Having worked for years in gourmet pizzerias, I find such a quality/price ratio offensive for the customer. To summarize: excellent product for an average village restaurant, but excessive price compared to the quality. I would like to underline that I do not review with hatred, I just wanted to give my modest opinion, I wish the staff the best and I thank you for the service you provide. I will definitely try to review it to make sure I haven't given a wrong opinion and, if necessary, I will update the review.
