03/05/2026: Vastly overrated place. Mediocre and salty pizzas. Mine had two bunches of broccoli rabe, a few pieces of sausage, and a lot of provolone. Far from authentic Neapolitan pizza. In fact, none of the four people at the table liked it. I spent the night feeling quite thirsty.

10/06/2026: I've been frequenting Ristorante Pizzeria Il Giglio for many years, and I can confirm without hesitation that it's a true guarantee. The quality of the food is simply excellent: whether you choose a pizza (with impeccable dough and ingredients) or a dish from the kitchen menu, you're never disappointed. Everything is prepared with care and the flavors are always excellent, all while maintaining a truly unmatchable quality-price ratio these days. The real added value of the restaurant, however, is the human factor. Nicola and his fantastic staff run the restaurant excellently. They are always attentive, courteous, ready with a smile and excellent advice on the daily specials or pairings. For me, walking through their doors now feels a bit like home. I highly recommend it to anyone looking not only for good food, but also for a welcoming atmosphere and impeccable service. Kudos to Nicola and the entire team; keep up the good work!

10/04/2026: Very good pizza, top-quality ingredients. I opted for the "cavallina" and it was delicious, very digestible, and didn't make me thirsty later in the night. The only drawback is that it's cooked in an electric oven, but in any case, it's a well-deserved 5 stars. Well done!

06/06/2026: Extremely disappointing customer service experience. While visiting the area, my husband and I stopped by hoping to enjoy a nice dinner. Unfortunately, we were turned away before we were even given the opportunity to ask any questions. A staff member immediately began repeating “takeout only” and stated that reservations were required, despite there being available tables visible in the restaurant. What was most frustrating was not the reservation policy itself, but the complete lack of courtesy and professionalism. We were never asked if we would be willing to wait, nor were we given the chance to inquire about making a reservation for later in the evening. Considering the restaurant was open until 11:00 PM, it seemed reasonable to assume there may have been availability at some point. Instead, the employee showed no interest in helping us, abruptly turned around, and walked away before the conversation could even continue. Good food can only go so far when customer service is this poor. Visitors should be especially aware that they may not receive even the most basic level of hospitality or assistance. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this restaurant.

21/06/2026: YES TO CELIACS I confirm the best reviews. Excellent place and an excellent experience for those dealing with celiac disease. The gluten-free options are wide and varied. We ordered three gluten-free pizzas: beautiful, rich pizzas, and with a flavor that exceeded our expectations. All were delicious! No cross-contamination. Compliments to this pizzeria with its menu and dedicated oven: for a celiac, the drive and time to get there are well worth it. YES TO CELIACS

21/12/2025: After a waiter told us the wait for a table of three would be 15 minutes, we waited about 10 minutes without seeing anyone come out, while customers continued to come in. Shortly after, another waiter arrived and told us the wait would be an hour. At that point, we politely asked if it was possible to get takeout pizzas, but were told that the wait for those was also an hour. We decided to leave, and the waiter replied rather hastily: "Oh, okay, do as you wish." While we were heading to another pizzeria, we called out of curiosity and were told that the takeout pizzas would be ready in 30 minutes, half the time they had indicated in person. The pizza is good; I've been there before, but last night we were a little disappointed with the service.

30/06/2026: After many years I happened to return to this pizzeria for dinner: good pizza but definitely too expensive, good ingredients but not enough to justify a cooked ham and burrata with the addition of (3) cherry tomatoes for €19.00. I would also review the cover charge because €3 without a cloth or paper tablecloth but just for a napkin is really excessive.

03/06/2026: A pleasant surprise awaits you at this pizzeria, with its elegant ambiance, attentive and dynamic table service (definitely above average), crispy and light pizza dough, and toppings made with quality ingredients (and delicious seasonal options). The beers are also good. Fairly priced, with a complimentary house liqueur at the end (always appreciated!). Well done, and keep up the good work. See you next time.
