01/06/2025: Disappointing experience. Small and tasteless portions. Typical dish (1 sausage + 1 piece of grilled Dobbiaco cheese + polenta + mushrooms); the mushrooms still tasted like frozen, since they were soaked in water, not even sautéed a little. Plate of steamed vegetables: directly drained and put on the plate with no seasoning. German-style potatoes: not tasty. Tasteless bread. Good red wine. We asked for advice on dessert (ice cream, truffle, sorbet, grandma's cake): nothing made by them Question: where are the typical dishes?? Cover charge about €2 per person for tablecloth and paper napkins
