12/04/2026: I've been going to the Ariston for several years, first as a pizzeria, now as a restaurant, and it's always a fantastic experience.
The quality of the food is top-notch, beautifully presented, and the service is excellent and fast. The owner, Fabrizio, and his wife are always very kind and smiling, and it's a real pleasure to eat there. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with tasteful mountain-style furnishings.
My favorite dish is the sea bass fillet in a crispy bread crust: it's delicate, yet flavorful and delicious, highly recommended!
I also really like the background music compilation; it's the icing on the cake of this wonderful place.

I tried one slice and wanted more, so I went back and ordered an additional pizza and something like a mozzarella croquette. They put it in the oven and served it, but the mozzarella wasn't fully melted, so the texture wasn't soft.

07/03/2026: A wonderful experience! The staff were incredibly friendly, the food and pizza were wonderful, and the colors and sheets of paper were fun for the little ones. Highly recommended! And if you love French fries, polenta, cheese, sausage, and mushrooms, or tasty, thin-crust pizza, this is the place for you.

05/04/2026: We had lunch at this restaurant today and it was very good. We went in with our dog and the restaurant is pet friendly so we got seated immediately. The menu is in 2 languages and vast with many options. We both went for pizzas, my wife selected the marinara while I went for porchetta. The pizzas tasted great and was good sized. Great place for a quick pizza!

18/07/2025: sono andato in questa pizzeria e ristorante con due ospiti americani che mi avevano chiesto di provare una buona e vera pizza "Italian style" e non solo la pizza è stata un ottima conferma - pizza Napoli style - ma anche il resto del cibo ordinato è stato superlativo.
Nota di merito per la Parmigiana di Melanzane che era da urlo.
Altra nota di grandissimo merito per i miei parametri...velocissimi e onesti. Abbiamo mangiato in meno di un'ora ed era tutto ottimo a prezzi assolutamente normali

05/06/2025: Sind hier gestrandet, da quasi alle Lokale am Ort geschlossen sind. da keine Saison? Lokal nett eingerichtet, Karte sehr Pizzalastig, schlechteste Pizza, die jemals in Italien gegessen habe. Massenabfertigung, absolut nicht zu empfehlen!

06/04/2025: Non lo consiglio, noi abbiamo preso delle tagliatelle con i funghi ma non avevano di niente, poi abbiamo preso anche una cotoletta di vitello con patatine e mi portano un pezzo di “carne” cotto nel olio che non so che carne era, il tagliere dei affettati era buono…..
20/03/2025: Este restaurante en Cortina es muy grande con muchas mesas, así que a pesar de no haber reservado pudimos cenar después de esperar un poco de cola. Tienen una gran variedad de pizzas, estaban muy ricas y también la panna cota.

03/05/2025: Hatte mit meinem Lebenspartner Knödelsuppe gespeist. In der Speisekarte steht Knödelsuppe mit stärker Brühe oder so ähnlich. Die Brühe ist sehr sehr dünn und hatte keinen Geschmack. Zu einem Knödel in der Suppe stell ich mir am Rand von Südtirol etwas anders vor. Vorallem der Preis 13.- Euro. In DM darf ich nicht umrechnen. Einmal uns nicht wieder. Das Licht am Tisch sehr dunkel. Schrift sehr klein, für Brillenträger sehr sehr schlecht. . Das ist mein Empfinden an diesm Tag.
13/04/2025: I camerieri ti puntano il piatto e te lo tirano via che ancora stai masticando. Orribile. Visto il ripetersi anche agli altri tavoli credo sia un imput dato dal titolare ai camerieri..inoltre i tavoli sono da 80x60 cm apparecchiati x 4 persone per cui si capisce che e’ un ristorante solo ed esclusivamente per fare piu coperti possibile facendo mangiare la gente a sgomitate…
Porzioni ridotte e prezzo quasi raddoppiati nel giro di qualche anno
Pubblico foto di qualche anno fa a 11 euro con quantita’ ottima e foto attuale a 17 euro con quantita’ super misera..una vergogna
