10/09/2025: Recommended, it was for lunch and they didn't make pizza which they say is very good but I must say the kitchen also knows its stuff.

06/09/2025: ...living, not long ago, two kilometers from the restaurant and always passing by at times when it was closed, I was almost convinced it was a restaurant/pizzeria that had been closed for a long time. In fact, passing by one evening and realizing that things weren't as I thought (gate open, lights on, and lots of cars parked inside), I decided to "test" the place as soon as possible, discovering that... #GRANBELPOSTO, in all its aspects (immersive green space, dishes offered, service, etc.), so much so that, over the course of a couple of months this summer, I returned on several occasions and each time with different companions, who confirmed, all-round, the high level of satisfaction I had with a dinner at "VALLEY"...🔝💯

10/09/2025: We are staying in a hotel across the street. ..last night we were passing by and went in to ask what time they do pizzas until so we could bring one to our son's room. The lady, a little annoyed, replied that they don't do takeaway pizzas.....first time that's happened to me in my life, we would have paid double but they evidently prefer to lose what they consider a small takings (something that is quite disconcerting for me as a business owner).....Tonight we would have been 2 families going out to eat pizza, but we will definitely go somewhere else..... "Welcome" this unknown word 🙈

18/08/2025: Let me put it this way, I ordered 3 dishes: 2 spaghetti with bolognese sauce, 2 carbonara dishes, and lasagna. None of the dishes met my expectations for Italian cuisine. I've eaten carbonara in many places, but I've never had such a bad one, even in Poland. I've attached a photo of what the dish looked like half-eaten. The consistency speaks for itself. If I wanted scrambled eggs with pasta, I would have ordered something else. The other 2 dishes were bland, the only good thing was cold sparkling water and drinks. I don't recommend them.

04/08/2025: Io e mio marito abbiamo avuto il piacere di cenare al ristorante Torcolo e siamo rimasti entusiasti sotto ogni aspetto. La cucina è semplicemente eccellente, con piatti curati nei minimi dettagli e materie prime di altissima qualità. Abbiamo assaggiato il risotto all’Amarone e le pappardelle al tartufo, due piatti che consigliamo vivamente: sapori intensi e armoniosi. Lo staff è cordiale, attento e professionale, capace di farci sentire accolti e coccolati per tutta la serata. La location, situata in una posizione strategica nel centro di Verona, rende l’esperienza ancora più speciale, perfetta per una cena romantica o una serata elegante. Siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti e sicuramente ci ritorneremo. Complimenti a tutto lo staff!

19/02/2025: For a good quick pizza even at midday I recommend it. The lady who served us was very courteous and smiling ☺️ Top quality/price ratio. An atmosphere from times gone by which I personally feel nostalgic for the old pizzerias. Very fast service. The only note is that the sofas I sat on had a few crumbs which I can't explain given that I arrived as the first customer.

26/08/2025: We had a great family lunch, ordered pizza, different pastas. Gluten free lasagna was an amazing surprise for our celiac family member!

25/08/2025: Small portions, but delicious. Quick service. Pasta alla carbonara was okay, though lacking in meat. Lasagna was overcooked. Other than that, okay. The garden has a nice view.

The welcome was warm from the first moment: the staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and always smiling, making us feel truly at home. The food? Wonderful! Every dish was carefully prepared and had authentic flavors. From the appetizers to the specialty pizzas, everything was exquisite and beautifully presented. A sincere thank you to all the staff for making this party so beautiful, simple, yet heartfelt. You helped create a memory I will cherish forever. 17/06/2025: simple lunch but with excellent food and good portions, the service, despite it being Tuesday and the restaurant almost full, was fast and courteous with kind waiters; welcoming interior and with a very pleasant temperature, in short a positive experience I was with my wife who shared a good lunch and the review more than positive.

11/06/2025: Pizza molto buona, cotta bene e ben condita! Pizza GOLOSA con burrata fantastica. Prosciutto crudo di ottima qualitá... porzioni di pasta abbondanti e tagliata molto tenera. Lo consiglio sicuramente.

09/08/2025: We celebrated my son's confirmation in May. The food was delicious, including an excellent vegetarian menu. Reasonable prices. Both the owners and staff are very kind. The large garden (fenced, of course, for everyone's safety) overlooks the lake, and there's a playground for kids and adults, a small exhibition of classic cars, and more. I highly recommend it. We'll be back.

12/07/2025: Unfortunately, my experience at this place was disappointing in several ways. The food didn't meet expectations: the dishes were flavorless and poorly presented, with ingredients that seemed anything but fresh. The staff also left much to be desired. The welcome was cold, and throughout the evening, their attitude was rude and dismissive, almost as if we were in the way. We found ourselves rushing everything because it seemed clear their sole objective was to close as quickly as possible. A real shame, because the place has potential. But with this kind of service and quality, I can't really recommend it.

15/06/2025: A charming place, well kept, practically on/in the sea, shame it's a Ferrari driven by a blind boy! Incompetent staff to the max, improvised kids who throw things on the table instead of putting them down, they never look at the tables, if you want something you keep your hand raised until you adjust to their level and raise your voice to be heard..... the food? I've never had the experience of not being able to eat even dessert. Please avoid that embarrassing surprise with a cook (and not a chef) that is so much like an 80s trattoria, but if you really have to do it, at least know how to make this blessed pasta and potatoes! I'm really sorry, I was there some time ago, and I had good memories of it, in fact excellent, but if this is the current trend, I will never go back again.

22/07/2025: I was passing through and, with four other friends, decided to grab a pizza at the most advertised place. I was hoping for a "tasty" pizza, but instead I got a thin, overcooked, and, most importantly, sweet pizza—so sweet that the spicy salami disappeared into the flavor. I pointed out this unusual Northern European flavor to the waiter (I'm from the South), and he calmly explained the high percentage of sugar added to "reduce" the acidity of the tomato sauce. I made up for it with dessert: at least dessert made sense. Sigh!

20/07/2025: Could be improved... it's run by young men and women, and I'm really happy about that. The pizzas looked really inviting. Unfortunately, we ordered the meat, but we were a bit disappointed. I must say that after I mentioned it, they were accommodating and gave us a discount when it came to the bill. Anyway, definitely worth trying again.

20/08/2025: A must-visit during a summer stay in Mezzaselva. A wide selection of pizzas (strictly thin and crispy, no high-crust, contemporary, or other current fads) and a couple of alternative doughs to 00 flour. Excellent quality ingredients and ingredients, average prices. Recommended 👍
