04/01/2026: Had dinner last night with friends at this restaurant that you wouldn't expect... 1) the beauty of the location, 2) the kindness and professionalism of the staff, 3) the food, which is excellent, plentiful, and tasty. Finally, the price is not excessive.
12/10/2025: I went there with my wife. Excellent pizza and excellent service, even when the place was full (Saturday night). The vegetarian selection is also decent (we're in Umbria, after all).
Recommended if you're in the center of Todi.

24/12/2025: The food was excellent, but we waited an hour, and even being served is not something to be taken for granted.
24/11/2025: The Flying Dutchman is a wonderful discovery. You can organize large tables with friends or enjoy a private meal. They offer a rich and tasty menu, especially the pizza, sandwiches, and desserts, which are delicious!
For those visiting Todi or staying nearby, it's a gem not to be missed!

18/10/2025: Delicious pizza, welcoming owner, and impeccable service.
12/10/2025: The pizza is really delicious, and it's not at all heavy, even when ordered with slightly more sophisticated ingredients. Fast service and a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
The desserts are also excellent, so I can only leave a great review.
