06/01/2025: I celebrated my father's birthday in this restaurant, I must say that I was very happy with both the food and the kindness and attention of all the staff. I also liked the fact that when they brought the birthday cake they played the song "happy birthday" making the moment even more pleasant. Thank you so much.
03/01/2025: We took takeaway pizzas, thin and crispy. The devil is very good. Excellent service

We enter at 8.47pm with the closing time on Google and ON THE DOOR at 9.30pm and as soon as we enter they dismiss us by saying that they are closing and that therefore we cannot eat there (while they literally slam the chairs on top of the tables to make us understand that they are closing )
We ask if we can at least send the little girl to the bathroom and there too we can't because they just cleaned.

It is an experience of TASTE, which remains in your memory.
Especially if you like a smaller, well-cooked pizza with a slightly flaky texture.
Excellent seasonings, well proportioned and varied.
Really nice, friendly and professional staff.

12/02/2025: Caffè Centrale is undoubtedly my favorite place in Marsciano, a place that manages to win over anyone who sets foot there. Located in the center of the town, this place offers a 360-degree culinary and social experience, from breakfast to aperitif, up to dinner. The cuisine is simply excellent, with dishes with attention to detail and dishes that look like small works of art. Each visit is an opportunity to discover new and well-balanced flavours, accompanied by a selection of refined wines and cocktails, such as the white Negroni or the Spicy Dream, which I loved for its spicy and enveloping touch.
The environment is another strong point: the furnishings are refined and studied down to the smallest detail, creating a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. Outside, the restaurant overlooks a public green area, recently renovated and well maintained, perfect for enjoying a coffee or an aperitif on nice days. The staff, then, is simply exceptional: friendly, dynamic and always attentive to customer needs, making every visit a memorable experience.
Last but not least it is not just a bar, but a real meeting point for the community and for those coming from outside. It organizes themed evenings, offers exquisite pizza by the slice and dishes prepared by the chef that will leave you speechless (seeing is believing). The prices are affordable, which makes the place even more appreciable. Whether you are passing through or a resident, this place is a must-see for anyone who wants to experience Marsciano in the round. I can't wait to return in the summer to try outdoor dining and enjoy this little Umbrian pearl once again.
02/02/2025: Recommended for an aperitif! I can only comment on this aspect, having stopped here twice for an aperitif.
There is a lot of choice of drinks and the staff are always friendly. The place is colourful, pop, tasty. The only note I feel like making concerns the bathroom: it would be good to try to keep it cleaner, it's also a service!

Io ho mangiato pizza e focaccia, molto buona.
L'impasto molto saporito e i condimento di buona qualità.
Una buona alternativa per un pranzo veloce.
