20/12/2025: An experience bordering on ridiculous. I had ordered three takeout pizzas and, as soon as I entered, I told the man at the cash register that I was there to pick them up. The response was arrogant and rude: I was told to step aside and wait, without any verification, even though the pizzas were already ready and clearly visible on the counter. After about 20 minutes, the same man noticed the abandoned pizzas and asked whose they belonged to. When I responded, instead of apologizing, he yelled at the waitress to give me the bill, confirming his rude and completely unprofessional attitude. I also pointed out to the waitress that the pizzas had been there since I arrived and were surely cold by now. When asked to explain who I had notified of my arrival, I correctly pointed to the man at the cash register, also highlighting the treatment I had received. At that point, he further vented his rudeness, making the situation surreal and unacceptable. I then decided to leave the pizzas, because it's intolerable to be treated this way, especially after having ordered and waited properly. Terrible service, zero respect for the customer. I will never return and I strongly advise against this place to anyone seeking even a modicum of politeness and professionalism.
