11/02/2025: ¡La comida es fabulosa! . Gran ambiente Gran servicio, grazie Francesco, que nos ayudó con una orden muy confusa! Muy limpio. ¡Buenos baños también! Estaban felices de dejar que 2 familias se repartieran la cuenta.

13/01/2025: A pesar de una experiencia media en el verano que reservamos este mes para la cena. Nos dieron una franja horaria de 20.30 horas y llegamos rápidamente a un restaurante ocupado. Finalmente nos recibió una señora que me dijo que NO había reservado una mesa. Desafié esto y el caballero con el que había reservado vino y confirmó que lo había hecho y me encontró en el libro de reservas. Luego interrumpió y casualmente nos informó de que nuestra mesa había sido regalada para una fiesta más grande (¿cuál era el punto en la reserva 2 días antes!). Estas cosas pasan, esperamos un plan adecuado. Nada, ni disculpas, ni alternativa (por favor espere en la zona de la barra y le conseguiremos una mesa para 3 ) , solo hemos regalado su mesa. Impactante tbh. Lo hemos probado dos veces y recomendaría encarecidamente a la gente que tenga cuidado o busque en otro lugar. Hay tantas grandes alternativas en la ciudad.

04/01/2025: Beautiful place, immersed in the Dolomites... everything is beautiful but only one problem THE ROOM so we took the family suite, because there wasn't a triple from 28 December until 4 January, the room was 212, the room is beautiful but only the problem was the shower, there are two bathrooms, one near the door i.e. the larger one and after that a smaller one near the sauna, the bathrooms are beautiful and tidy but the bathroom near the shower has a problem, IT'S THE SHOWER.. .then I am I got into the shower and I turned on the water and so far everything was fine until at a certain point the shower opened but by 4 centimeters and then I closed it again but nothing happened and then the water came out, but the shower it didn't have a slope because the shower tray was poorly made, so we called the reception and reported the poor service and also told them that the two radiators in the bathroom weren't working, so they went up to look at the radiators and opened a knob underneath, and the shower they said that the plumber was coming the next day, OK I went to take a shower in the other bathroom... the next day nothing to do they just put silicone around the shower but what do you do with silicone, A MASSAGE? and so we went downstairs and said this again and they said that the glazier would come the next day and so we said that it was fine and so I went to shower again in the other bathroom... the next day they put some towels on the floor with a mat... and I said to him "How should I shower, sorry?" They told me to leave it like that and take a shower and when finished collect the water AS? NO UNDERSTAND? That is, I have to go and collect the water that falls, BUT WE STAY OUTSIDE So I said that when I finished the shower call the reception to have a cleaning lady come up to collect the water, they said it was fine so I did so... at the end of the shower which lasted 10 minutes the bathroom was flooded NO NO JUST FLOODED and so I called and the lady came up to collect the water, when she came up her eyes widened, that is, she didn't think so much water and so she went and collected all the water... we were like this all week , at the end of the week we did the bill and they also recognized the poor service and removed €200 from the bill, but everything went well, that is, the service went well, the organization and all the comforts were there, the thing I liked more was that you had the skyroom under the hotel and 2 meters away is the door that takes you out onto the street and immediately nearby is the bus stop that takes you to the ski facilities
