The ratatouille di verdure with gamberi and canederli with crauti erano prepared with cura and pieni di sapore. Tuttavia, the service has now been requested. When the dishes arrived we weren't even brought cutlery and the staff in the room were rude and unfriendly. In particular, the lady, who I assumed was the owner of the restaurant, didn't smile once, which made us feel unwelcome. It's a shame, because the kitchen deserves better hospitality.
