16/01/2025: Ho preso di recente la pizza da asporto qui perchè di passaggio per andarla a mangiare a casa di amici.
Devo dire che sono molto incuriosita da ciò che la gente è abituata a mangiare, o per meglio dire ad accettare, quando si parla si senza glutine.
Ho letto recensioni di persone che parlano di questa come della migliore pizza senza glutine mai mangiata.
Ecco mi sento dispiaciuta per loro perché io sono abituata a pizze (purtroppo non nella zona di pistoia) veramente di qualità alta.
Quella che ho assaggiato qui é una della peggiori sia per impasto che ingredienti (carciofini durissimi).
Mi dispiace lasciare recensioni negatuve a chi fa senza glutine perché già apprezzo lo sforzo di essere inclusivi. Ma purtroppo la pizza qui non è buona a mio parere.
