03/11/2025: It took me a week to write my review because I was searching for the right words.
I couldn't find them!!
My partner had told me about Signora Caterina's tortelli, but I wasn't expecting such a sublime dish.
No flaws, the pasta, the filling, and the ragù literally won me over, so much so that I ordered a second helping.
I'll be back as soon as I can; unfortunately, the distance from Rome doesn't allow me to be there every day.
Truly something indescribable.
Thank you so much, Signora Caterina, for your excellent cuisine and your hospitality.
22/09/2025: Good pizza and reasonable prices. The place is very large, though a bit dated. Outdoor dining is available in the summer. Service was acceptable, though not professional, but family-like. The desserts, though homemade, weren't exactly amazing... Free parking. We'll try again, perhaps in the summer evenings. We've visited the place again; the desserts aren't the best, but the pizza is good. The €2.80 cover charge is excessive!

20/09/2025: Fish appetizer and fried frozen fish, a zero rating.
The fried fish had burnt oil, arrived completely black, and very little of it.
We mentioned this to the waitress, but she didn't even say a word!
The dessert tasted like nothing and was very little, just like the sorbet, served half a glass! We spent €100 for nothing and bad food!
We definitely won't be back.
Staff not up to par with service.
14/09/2025: Excellent food, but a 50-minute wait just to order. The second appetizer was brought 10 minutes after the first (there were only two of us), and the bread was brought after the third reminder and at the end of the course. The food was good, but one waiter couldn't have done more. Given the price, it would have definitely covered the wages of another person. I don't recommend it.

07/09/2025: Authentic pizzeria by the slice with excellent pizzas and very good Cecina!
The pizza is so good it feels like a trip back to the '90s, when pizza by the slice was a regular occurrence for all the young people who wanted something tasty, authentic and filling... really good and tasty.
Very kind and friendly staff.
Highly recommended ☀️🍕

26/10/2025: This was my first time staying at this hotel and restaurant. I'd read the reviews and had been introduced to it by friends. What can I say? The owner was friendly, kind, and helpful, and the staff was courteous and attentive. The rooms were clean, but in need of maintenance, especially the bathroom fixtures. Overall, the 3 stars were well deserved. The price was in line with the services offered. Unfortunately, I can only partially judge the food because I ate the set menu, but the quality was good and the quantity sufficient. A half-hour drive from Pisa isn't a short distance, but staying in the city center and finding parking under the tower would cost much more. Recommended.
14/10/2025: The hotel is easy to reach, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff and owner are helpful and very friendly, highly recommended.

27/09/2024: Location molto affollata perché anche pizza da asporto pertanto l’attesa è stata di un’ora circa , ma la pizza era molto buona, birra artigianale . Ritorneremo ma in un’altra fascia oraria .
13/09/2024: Cecina top… la migliore in assoluto, pizza al metro fantastica per chi è amante della pizza più lievitata e fragrante, pizza al piatto più sottile ma ugualmente buonissima. Ingredienti di ottima qualità e soprattutto grande passione nel lavoro svolto e sempre con il sorriso sulle labbra. Grazie
