27/08/2025: Excellent pizza, with a chewy, soft crust, just how I like it. The service was courteous and attentive. It also deserves special mention for its cleanliness. The bathroom was shiny and spotless, like I'd never get at home. My compliments! I found this place by chance online and chose it based on the good reviews and the photos of the pizzas, which perfectly matched my tastes.

25/08/2025: We were looking for a good pizzeria away from the touristy side of the beach and we found their pizzas excellent! The best we ate in Marina di Massa! The atmosphere is also very friendly.

25/08/2025: 09/08/2025 Vacation in Marina di Massa. We returned for the second time after a few months, and it's become a benchmark. The pizzas are delicious, with good leavening and easy to digest. The place is very popular, so reservations are recommended. The staff is friendly and fast.

25/08/2025: Mamma Mia, a very nice restaurant, I've cycled past it 100 times, past hundreds of people waiting on the street for their pizzas; but today we went in without an EC card, how embarrassing: the few euros I always carry with me for children's ice cream were enough, it touched me deeply 🤗

18/08/2025: Average pizzas. My criticism is directed at the service, where a middle-aged blonde waitress took it upon herself to act as if she were an acquaintance. She was grumpy and nervous. It seemed like she was doing me a favor by serving me the pizza. She grimaced when I answered, visibly irritated, and responded in a surly tone. You can be in a hurry, yes, but the wait staff can never afford to be surly with customers, especially those who have been kind from the start. It's a shame for the rest of the staff. Please respect those who keep your pizzeria afloat. Next time, Charlie Brown.

25/08/2025: An evening with ups and downs. We arrived without a reservation, and unfortunately, the wait between ordering and the arrival of the dishes was quite long, which detracted from the overall experience. The platter was a pleasant surprise: rich, beautifully presented, and truly delicious. The pizzas, however, left mixed impressions. The whole wheat pizza stood out for its excellent dough, while the classic version was too chewy and unpleasant. The tiramisu, finally, was a bit disappointing: the cream was good but abundant, and the lack of sponge cake and coffee made the dessert unbalanced and a bit cloying. Overall, there are some interesting ideas, but the experience could be improved with a little more attention to service timing and the balance of the dishes.

16/08/2025: We're on a trip and decided to pull off the highway to stop for dinner somewhere. Seeing this lively place, we decided to stop. And it was a good decision. The prices were pretty good. And the food was delicious, both the pasta and the pizza, and, of course, the tiramisu. The service was 10/10.

04/08/2025: We stopped in spontaneously and received very friendly service. The pizzas were delicious. A lovely terrace in the shade.

03/08/2025: Saturday evening, dinner for two, we ordered two special focaccias, a Coke, and water. We spent a fair amount compared to the specialty items, including goose and venison prosciutto. The dough was good, digestible, and very light, perhaps a little burnt, but overall good. A truly negative aspect of this place is the service. We politely asked if we could at least order a drink (since it's August 2nd and it's good practice to serve drinks) and were rudely told no because they only took orders as the tables arrived (with a gesture to go along with it). If it hadn't been for another waitress who kindly convinced us to stay, we would have left. 1. It's not a festival, but a restaurant; I'd like to remind the waitress of that. 2. I understand their dining room setup, but there's no need to tell the customer, and it's possible to respond more politely. I suggest: "Sure, I'll be right there. In the meantime, what can I get you to drink?" (15 minutes saved) or: "Yes, I'll send the head waiter." It's a real shame, but this rudeness really hurts the restaurant.

15/08/2025: Bati Bati is now an institution in Marina di Carrara; I think even the lifeguard in the back row knows it. The atmosphere is simple, no frills, no flex—and that's fine. They serve both pizza and a restaurant, and obviously, in the middle of August, this combo means the kitchen sometimes takes a breather... as it did for us. No dramas, it was the Ferragosto holiday after all. The penne with scampi? A caress for the soul, 100% comfort food vibes. I tried the pizzas quickly, and the one with zucchini flowers, in my opinion, had more to tell. The fried food took a bit too long to arrive, but when it arrived... it was good, average, the kind that won't change your life but will keep you company. In short: a solid 3.5, a place that tells a bit of the history of Marina di Carrara, still frozen in certain postcards of the past... but with that charm that makes you say "come on, I'll go back".

19/08/2025: My friends and I stopped for lunch on our motorbikes. We were greeted very kindly. We all had stuffed focaccia, and since we liked it so much, we had to have seconds. Two stuffed focaccias and a Coke for the modest sum of €13, I'd say excellent. We had a great time and will definitely be back. P.S. We didn't take photos, but we devoured them 😂

12/08/2025: Their pizzeria was recommended to me by the young man who runs the Federico Farm agricamping. And frankly, I wasn't impressed. Considering the size of the pizzas for the price and the quality, I can't recommend them enough. And thank you for the welcome, even though I don't speak a word of Italian.

11/04/2025: Pizza bella sottile e mia figlia ,che in genere scarta la mozzarella, stavolta l ha mangiata di gusto, dicendomi mamma è proprio buona e anche il pezzo di focaccia tonno e pomodoro veramente buona, tanti complimenti!!

02/08/2025: Family-run pizzeria where focaccia reigns supreme. The focaccia and cured meats are excellent, as is the pizza, which I'll definitely try next time. Informal atmosphere, friendly service. Highly recommended.

15/08/2025: We visited this place few times during our stay on the area. People working there are very friendly and helpful. As we don’t speak Italian we were given a barcode with English menu to scan. We were eating pizza in other local restaurants but pizza from Pizzeria All’Angolo was just the best. Service was quick and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this place.

13/08/2025: Never go back. I don't recommend it. They don't have room to let new customers in. They have a place they don't want children in. They told you to sit outside when it's 90 degrees. Very bad experience.
