03/08/2024: Impeccable and fast service, kind and friendly. Very thin pizza, balanced in seasoning, of excellent quality and success. With this deadly heat, perfect air conditioning and spacious seats. Excellent quality and price ratio. Without high expectations for exterior or interior.
26/07/2024: An excellent pizza where you can choose whether to make it with a high or low edge, perhaps an appetizer too easy for my hunger, overall the friendly and helpful staff are also highly recommended.

19/10/2024: Prenotando delle pizze per le ore 20.30!! Posso dire che se le fissavo alle 21.30 era uguale!! Organizzazione male capisco la troppa gente in sala ma nel forno sono 3 almeno 1 che da una mano di qua sarebbe meglio!! Penso di non tornarci mai più

17/08/2024: Frequentiamo il rifugio da quando il giovane proprietario l'ha rilevato qualche anno fa. Perenne ricerca della qualità nella materia prima, con un po' di innovazione che non guasta mai. È tutto ottimo, dalla cucina alla pizzeria. Il servizio è sempre perfetto, puntuale e gentile. Quando vogliamo stare bene, sappiamo che il rifugio è una certezza. Consigliato a fatto provare ad amici e parenti, che anche se da lontano ci chiedono sempre di tornare lì. Nota di merito per tutto, da provare anche i dolci! PS Prezzi più che onesti! Grazie di esistere!

29/07/2024: Punto pinsa, I think this is the current name. Super pizzas and pinsas, excellent doughs and various flavours. Digestible and tasty. The cuisine on offer is less interesting and at times expensive. But I highly recommend. The outdoor area is truly delightful
04/06/2024: Behind the preparation of a dish there is always a lot of work to achieve an excellent result, here it is clearly noticeable despite the fact that we are talking about pizza and pinsa... truly delicious with subscriptions and quality products!!! Definitely worth going and returning

08/12/2024: The owner of the pizzeria is extremely rude and unfamiliar with hospitality. First time tonight, we left without eating... For me it can easily close.
In response to the owner: he is right, we booked for 4 and a person was added at the last moment. But she didn't even try to do anything to accommodate us anyway. It's not a starred restaurant, it's a suburban pizzeria.
29/10/2024: On a Thursday evening, there are 4 of us vegans and we go to the Empoli area. They suggest this pizzeria with a vegan menu. The owner was very kind to keep the table for us even if we had to move the reservation by an hour (from 9pm to 10pm).
We tasted the appetizer of very good and delicious vegan fries, there are so many pizzas and you are truly spoiled for choice! All very good, the desserts are worth checking out, excellent house limoncello, if you happen to be in the area it's a must try!

06/11/2024: I went in for a small slice of pizza for my son, after he tasted it or decided I had to try a piece of all the pizzas they had... one better than the other... then after eating my son wanted ice cream ( I sincerely wanted it) a super delicious ice cream... the employees are all very kind and friendly.. I will leave Empoli on Sunday but I will definitely be back... recommended to everyone

27/08/2024: Buffet aperitif, finally! After searching far and wide throughout Empoli, I'm happy to have found a place that reminds me of the aperitifs of my hometown. Friendly and helpful staff, well-kept interiors, light but pleasant alcohol. The only real flaw was the music outside the club which was really too loud: my partner and I had to move away from the initial position chosen because we couldn't hear each other. For the rest, I recommend!
05/08/2024: This morning I stood there at the counter for 10 minutes waiting to order, with the barmaid pretending not to see or hear me, while "known" people continued to come in and take the order ahead of me.
Usually the barmaid in question doesn't shine with friendliness and professionalism, this morning I think the limit has been reached.
Even if they pay me to have coffee I won't go back.
