01/04/2024: Avendo viaggiato tanto per lavoro e per diletto ho avuto l’opportunità di vedere tanti ristoranti , bistrot o locande in giro per l’Europa e per il mondo . Non faccio spesso recensioni ma questa volta devo proprio farla . Con la mia compagna quando abbiamo voglia di mangiare una buona pizza a Palermo alla fine la scelta cade su Hansel e Gretel . Oltre alla bontà delle pizze , cosa di non poco conto , il servizio è la punta di diamante . Mi riporta a coccole che purtroppo spesso latitano nella nostra stupenda terra di Sicilia . Abbiamo chiesto un tavolo fuori approfittando del caldo anomalo e siamo stati accontentati, senza essere però dimenticati . Grande ambience , sempre massima attenzione , con lo stesso proprietario che prende le ordinazioni nonostante i tanti tavoli da coccolare . La parola coccola è un liet motive , perché poi continua con camerieri ed il fantastico capo sala . La serata è all’insegna del mangiar bene , del servizio impeccabile e della voglia di tornare quando prima . Complimenti perché si vede che c’è tanto lavoro alle spalle e tanto rispetto per i collaboratori che riescono a trasmettere tutto il loro amore per quello che fanno , ogni giorno , ai propri clienti . Consigliatissimo considerando che anche il rapporto qualità prezzo è eccezionale . Semplicemente bravi tutti chapeau

29/03/2024: Non mi sento di scrivere una recensione negativa nonostante la pizza non ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative. Non mi fraintendere,l'impasto è ottimo,solo che io non ho specificato di volerla ben cotta,comunque l'ho finita.il posto è molto grazioso e per un giovedì sera era strapieno.la proprietaria veramente impeccabile..una di quelle persone che ti fa venire voglia di tornare nel locale.per questo motivo alla prossima occasione ci tornerò.

29/03/2024: My fiancé and I stopped on the way to the hotel. The scent attracted us and inside the counter super stocked with specialties we were attracted for a Sicilian style snack. The pizza chefs and the owner were immediately welcoming like true Sicilians and the products, in addition to being gourmet, are really good and cheap. We thank the venue for the immense hospitality and delights offered.

Unfortunately it wasn't mutual, after more than an hour of waiting we were forced to leave because the owner told us for the umpteenth time that we still had to wait. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

04/04/2024: I never imagined eating such mediocre pizza in Sicily. Both the dough and the ingredients are not up to par. The servers are just friendly. This restaurant, although located in a very pretty square in Palermo, is sad and cold inside. We are very surprised by all the previous positive comments (the most recent was 8 months ago). Is the quality of this beautiful restaurant deteriorating?

26/03/2024: Tahr was so nice! I don't speak Italian and I didn't understand what was being said on the phone, so he immediately switched to WhatsApp and helped me order. Then he bicycled over my very tasty pizza within 20 minutes. And it only costs €4!! You can't beat such an experience!

22/03/2024: Ci torno sempre volentieri perché il fritto misto che propongono tra gli antipasti e la pizza sono eccellenti. Servizio impeccabile. In una delle principali vie della movida palermitana mi aspetterei di trovare più commensali. Meriterebbe più successo,ma,per quel che ho potuto dedurre considerando la mia opinione e quella di altri, forse ciò che condiziona negativamente è la location che risulta stretta e un po’ angusta,sebbene abbiano cercato di abbellirla con disegni alle pareti. Hanno introdotto anche un menù ristorante che affianca quello tradizionale dedicato alle pizze

20/01/2024: How easy it is to feel at home at Pizza Uno Bis in Viale Lazio! It's always a pleasure every time. They are all good and kind and the variety of their pizzas, especially if you try several different types of slices, really makes you say that it was worth eating there. The burritos were also good, but I remembered them being fuller of chicken and the rolls (bundles) of various flavours. Advised
