17/01/2025: One Saturday at the end of December I went to lunch with friends, after spending the morning in the mountains in the snow. We ordered the fixed menu of the day, with the hope of making the kitchen work easier and the times shorter. But, nothing to be done: very long waiting times before ordering (others arrived later and were served earlier), long times between one course and another, and when we tried to ask for a reminder, when some waiter appeared, we were responded rudely (the group at the next table was treated even worse, to the point that I saw a customer remain speechless after a reprimand from the waiter). Seated at 1.15pm we finished at 4.30pm. Ultimately, the lunch was excellent and plentiful, and the price was adequate, but I believe that the staff must improve the way they treat customers, because sitting at the table is a moment of well-being and relaxation and cannot become an opportunity for emotional stress. From a restaurant you expect courtesy and kindness, always. Abroad, such direct and abrupt ways with customers are inconceivable.

09/01/2025: Terrible experience, I usually don't give negative reviews, but unfortunately I can't help it. Very long waiting times even though we were one of the tables that arrived before the crowd, in the (huge) room there were only 2 waitresses who, poor things, were floundering. Charcuterie starter..... Well, 4 things thrown in there. We had 4 starters: 2 tortellini with pork ragout 1 tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms 1 paccheri (because the other pasta shape was finished) with pork ragù.... The tortellini were indescribable: they looked like leftovers from the day before, barely reheated put on the plate, the tagliatelle with the ghost of porcini mushrooms, and the paccheri, which although we thought had the same sauce as the tortellini, was not the case, they were more inviting....SIN OF THE 2 PIG HAIR 🐷!!!! COLD!!! TOO COLD! You can't expect to heat such a large room with just one fireplace and among other things they also had wet wood!! We pay and ask for 2 coffees...... We are still waiting for them!! Spectacular location!!! Really shame! I recommend relying on experts in the trade before trying your hand at playing Masterchef.
