23/08/2025: The pizza is very good, if you don't have any expectations about the location and the table setting, you'll eat well, the staff is kind and helpful, the welcome is excellent, so in my opinion it's perfect! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

20/08/2025: There are pizzerias in the area with better reviews, but I think that's because they have a terrace, which this place doesn't. However, the food was very good (I recommend any of the bruschetta or pizzas they make in a wood-fired oven), and the service was excellent in English, even though I don't speak Italian or Spanish, haha. Some reviews mention the temperature. We were fine. It's true there's no air conditioning, but it's comfortable, or at least it was the two nights we were there. You can tell it's a well-known pizzeria because they were constantly making pizzas for takeout. If you can't find parking on the street, just keep going straight; there's usually some available.

The drinks served are truly impeccable: textbook-quality, perfectly chilled, perfect for a refreshing break on a hot day or to accompany a moment of relaxation. The artisanal display inside is also very distinctive: a selection of artifacts, almost all made of wood, that showcase the local tradition and creativity. This detail adds personality to the place and sets it apart from other bars in the area. Overall, a pleasant destination for those seeking quality, simplicity, and a touch of local culture.

22/03/2025: Abbiamo voluto provare nonostante le pessime recensioni e... sorpresa ! ... Bellissima sala riscaldata e accogliente, personale gentilissimo e simpatico, pizza buona e servizio attento. Torneremo!

29/12/2024: Prenotato il giorno prima (7). - "Veranda" vista mare. Ghiacciata; - serviti con 1h e 40m di ritardo - 2 persone hanno ordinato lo stesso piatto; - fatto notare più volte, cameriere stizzito: "i piatti erano tutti diversi, non ci lamentiamo!" Ci ha aggiornato che stavano "impiattando, per portare tutto insieme": è passata un'altra ora, prima del servizio; - tavoli occupati (escluso il nostro)? 2 (DUE). Su? A spanne almeno una ventina. Uno dei quali arrivati dopo di noi, serviti, mangiato ed andati via prima che noi venissimo ancora serviti; - piatti: fregola di mare senza fregola, linguine alle vongole molto poco saporite ma in compenso a bagno in burro e farina, risotto allo zafferano secco, cacio e pepe senza cacio ma con 2 tipi di pasta corta diversi, frittura tollerabile (non per il prezzo, 18€), gnocchi alla sarda che sembravano un sugo pronto e pane Carasau molle; - 0 riguardi, 0 sconti, 0 intrattenimento. In compenso il cameriere ha ricordato alla cassiera che si era dimenticata di battere una bottiglia d'acqua. Neanche economico, per quanto offerto; - bello il posto. Un peccato. Neanche l'atteggiamento si salva. Con tutta la buona volontà, non siamo davvero riusciti a trovargli una scusante. NON andateci. Magari si fanno 2 domande...

08/03/2025: Ordiniamo le pizze con amici a casa. Chiedo una pizza con zucchine e mi arriva una pizza con carciofi in ritardo di mezz’ora.

26/04/2026: Excellent pizza and fainè, home delivery on time, possibility of payment by POS also at home, excellent dough and ingredients, we will definitely be back.

03/02/2026: Very kind, they prepared three pizzas on the fly, without a reservation, because I needed to get home right away. So much empathy, skill, and efficiency, practically a war machine, which, fortunately, produces food, not weapons. The pizzas were excellent.

08/07/2025: Esperienza pessima. Dopo una cena senza nulla di speciale, ci viene presentato uno *scontrino di 156 €*: prezzi gonfiati e del tutto sproporzionati rispetto alla qualità mediocre del cibo. Solo dopo la nostra contestazione ci propongono *un nuovo conto “corretto” da 125,50 €*, già di per sé assurdo, ma almeno più vicino alla realtà. Peccato che anche lì compare *una bibita mai ricevuta*. Questo dimostra una gestione poco trasparente e un’attenzione imbarazzante verso il cliente. Errori negli scontrini e qualità scadente: evitate. Non si può far cassa sulla buona fede del cliente.

16/06/2026: A place sheltered from mass tourism, offering very friendly service, always with a smile. Whether it's for an excellent traditional granita with brioche or an aperitif, the quality is always there. The prices are very reasonable. A perfect experience for me. Thank you for your hospitality.

29/03/2026: We still vividly remember the unexpected break caused by our flat tire. While our rental car was being repaired at the tire shop and we were waiting, an employee took the initiative and led us to an unassuming café we never would have found on our own. A little detour that turned out to be a stroke of luck. The G&G Café at Via Rosario Gagliardi 26/28 in Syracuse seemed almost inconspicuous from the outside, but as soon as we stepped inside, a world opened up, a world sustained by a single person. The owner, a quiet, warm presence, was the heart and soul of the place. He greeted us as if we were already part of the family and attentively served us coffee and small snacks. The coffee itself surprised us with its depth and rich aroma, so much so that we ended up buying two bags. He ground them especially for our Bialetti coffee maker at home – a small gesture that made the experience even more personal. As we sat there, we felt the genuine friendliness of the people who stopped by, exchanged a few words, and took the time to chat. Everything felt real, imbued with a warmth that couldn't be faked. We realized how much we miss a place like this in our own neighborhood—a café that doesn't just serve coffee, but offers a sense of belonging. In the end, we understood: without the flat tire, without the helpful employee, we would never have ended up here. And we would have missed out on one of those rare places where you feel at home, even if just for a moment.
