12/12/2024: Intimate venue, atmosphere and attention to detail almost like a starred restaurant. We let the owner guide us on how to best enjoy the pizza and he offered us various tastings, excellent raw materials as well as an excellent selection of craft beers, the price definitely in line for the type of table service and the culinary experience . Highly recommended for those who want an out-of-the-ordinary dinner in a pizzeria, nothing similar can be found in the province of Taranto today. I will definitely return.
11/12/2024: A wedding favor in the center of Martina Franca, a small but finely furnished environment in which a relaxing English green reigns supreme, with all the details in the right place. Amazing pizzas with extensive use of San Marzano tomatoes. I ate that PROVOLA E PEPE, it was amazing. It is recommended

28/08/2024: Terrible. The only positive note is the education of the young room boy. Mediocre atmosphere, waitress who leaves the deals at the table while looking away. Starter with a dubious taste, with raw tomato sauce, inedible pizza dough and seasoning. To be avoided.
26/08/2024: The pizza is spectacular. Very good.
The service is excellent, quick to serve. I went on a Saturday evening, the place was full and only an hour passed from the time we sat down, chose the pizza, ordered everything and consumed it.
The place is very nice and clean.
I will gladly return.

30/10/2024: Super tasty and very cheap. You feel like you're in the 80s. Family restaurant. Also very good pizzas. I had a pizza for €7 and it was never so tasty and filling. But especially beautiful meat dishes. 4 km from Alborobello. We went there three times during our stay in a trulli. House wine also fine. You can eat there with two people for €40-50
23/10/2024: Go! Just go! You will not regret it! Best food and service we have had in italy! Just a super wonderful time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

24/11/2024: Very disappointing to pay €15 per person for an appetizer and then go home and eat a sandwich because you're hungry, it's not worth it and what's more they won't give you a receipt. I don't recommend it.....2 meatballs 2 small birds 2 mini ones slices of capocollo ah 2 mini knots....... Let's forget about it....... Ah get the receipt

06/10/2024: With all due respect, but the worst thing in a restaurant is seeing people waiting while always looking at the customer, feeling stared at like what happened to me, in the hope of freeing up that table because there are other people waiting to be able to sit down. other people right away....
But what does it matter to me?
I pay, but the service must be quiet, the owner of the Traino on the other hand couldn't wait for us to leave.....!!!

The quality of the ingredients can be felt at the first bite, and the price is honest and appropriate for the goodness of the product. The lady at the counter was really kind, welcoming and helpful. Definitely we'll see you again soon!"
26/08/2024: I have been frequenting Doctor Panzerotto for years. The service has always been slow and we always had to wait a long time for the panzerotti, because they fry them on the spot.
Usually, however, on Saturdays and Sundays I always found something ready in the window, some panzerotto and ready-made pucce of various flavours.
I recently returned on a Sunday evening and as early as 9.30pm nothing was ready. We waited over 30 minutes for 3 panzerotti.
The dough is a bit chewy, in my opinion. Good pucks.
Moderate prices.

02/11/2024: Premettiamo che non scrivo mai recensioni negative , ma in questo caso mi sembra doveroso , ordinato la pizza , una bufalina con funghi mi arriva una pizza totalmente cruda , chiesto al cameriere di cambiarla senza fare problemi e la fa rifare e mi arriva totalmente bruciata . A quel punto porto la pizza al pizzaiolo che con arroganza mi dice che la prima non era cruda ( premetto che anche i miei amici hanno notato quanto lo fosse ) e che la seconda secondo lui per farla più cotta doveva bruciarla totalmente n’era nei bordi . Inoltre mi rispondeva che se volessi in altra pizza sarebbe stata la terza e che sarebbe venuta cruda come la prima . A quel punto rispondevo che non volevo più pizza e lui replicava dicendo con fare stizzito che facevo bene e mi invitava a lasciare la pizza bruciata sul bancone e fare una buona serata . Peccato perché il posto è carino .

31/10/2024: Characteristic restaurant, very friendly welcome and service. The food is truly excellent, bombette, sausages, marchetti, truly of a superior level. A praise also for the pizza, very soft and digestible dough, a truly noteworthy combination of taleggio cheese and sausage. Absolutely recommended
