18/01/2026: It was a truly excellent experience in every way.
Tacos with mortadella and stracciatella to start... truly irresistible, and spectacular pizzas: light dough and top-quality ingredients.
A huge plus also goes to the service: the waiter was extremely professional, kind, and always attentive to every detail.
The location is simply stunning, perfect for a relaxing and, I'd even say, romantic evening, away from the chaos and ideal for enjoying dinner in complete tranquility.
No waiting, well-organized service, and perfect timing between courses. To conclude, an incredible dessert that ended the evening in the best possible way.
We'll definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

02/01/2026: We visited the trattoria few days ago and we love the food. I am really glad that we could enter several minutes early, because it was really cold outside. We tried pasta, pizza, amazing Caprese with the most delicious mozzarella; Bombette - also good but too small portion for first course. The only thing that I don't like was the fact, that the waiter brings a plate with olives and bread on two other tables with Italian customers, but not to us.... Please, improve that!

The platter was poor, with almost no products.
The orecchiette were nothing special...
The location was good, but the food was forgettable.
01/01/2026: Passing through after a visit to Alberobello, we chose this osteria a bit outside, and we were right. It's 100% family-run, and you'll feel right at home. The fried foods are delicious, the zucchini flowers are excellent, and the mule chops are superb, super soft and tasty.
The dishes are few, but cooked to order.
I recommend stopping by, especially if you like meat.

Impeccable service provided directly by the very kind owners—a true treat, I'd say.
The dishes are excellent in taste and presentation, seasoned and adorned with fresh, locally grown spices... incredible aromas. I also had the pizza....MAGISTRAL!
What can I say about the dessert? A work of art!
Villa Bacco is a restaurant you simply must visit, so I highly recommend it, and I will return every chance I get. The price is right! ☺️

I wait half an hour for my turn, and the lady tells me she can't make me 20 panzerotti...
I tell her not even 10...
I'm in the industry, and it's better to say you can't order more than 5 panzerotti...
I'm sorry, maybe she got distracted in the confusion, but the half-hour wait was what made me angry.
13/09/2025: The panzerotti are really good... the only downside is that you have to wait a bit because the panzerotti are prepared and fried on the spot... but it's worth it.

05/02/2026: We stopped for a good pizza, but alas... We were seated in an uncomfortable area because it was cold. Unfortunately, when the pizzas arrived, we were also disappointed by the food, as four out of eight pizzas were burned from the bottom, I believe due to the dirty oven floor. Even though they remade the pizzas, the fact remains that every dish needs to be checked before being served. A terrible experience.
19/01/2026: In order of events.
- Table booked at 10 PM, we sat down at 10:45 PM
- 10/15 minutes to have the table cleared even though we were seated, waiting for menus, waiting for water, waiting for beer.
- We ordered different flavors of fries, even though one arrived hot. From the first to the last, they arrived completely cold.
- The pizzas arrived and the magic happened. Besides the size of a wedding ring, mine and those of two of my friends were completely raw. My friends ate it anyway, but I had it remade since it was inedible. The pizza was brought back to me directly by the pizza chef, without realizing that it was even rawer than before 🤣.
- An almost biblical mystical experience
