15/11/2025: The pizza is delicious, but it happens so often that we come in and leave empty-handed. Empty tables, and a sea of people at the counter that's slow to move. We need more support, especially on Saturdays and Sundays at the counter where the pizza is served.
A lump in my throat, because we long for that pizza, but the wait times are biblical, and we go elsewhere when that happens.
10/11/2025: I recommend it with my eyes closed...I'd say it's excellent

12/10/2025: I went to eat with my friends at this restaurant, there were 5 of us, on Saturday evening; we had a reservation at 10:00 pm and we sat at a table; Our order was taken by the very kind waiting staff, but everything arrived late, it is known that on weekends there are many people in restaurants, but customers who had arrived after us had started eating... we did not say anything... when the dishes arrived, which we had chosen, in my steak there was a hair, I have to tell the truth, they changed it, but it did not arrive as I had ordered... I had ordered the steak well done... because I do not like it if it is cooked rare, I ate it because I have value for money, the waiting time for the dishes to arrive was 1 hour... the icing on the cake was when the house offered some bitters to other customers, as we had kindly asked if it was possible for us to have some bitters from the owner's colleague too... the owner had inappropriate manners after I explained some events that had happened during the service that we were there... being regular customers in this restaurant and also in the past we have celebrated important parties, the issue of the We don't care about money if we had to pay for the bitter, but we shouldn't address customers in dialect when they pay the bill, and even with an air of arrogance, because customers pay, they need to be pampered and treated... and listened to...
12/10/2025: I'm sorry to have to give this restaurant no stars, for the simple reason that the service was terrible, especially the owner who was rude when paying the bill, using inappropriate language. Remember, you're not the only one in San Severo...

19/10/2025: If you're unable to meet your order times, don't make this commitment! A delay of 1.5 hours is not normal! We live in a small town, not a big city! A little more professionalism, please!
19/10/2025: I'd like to give zero stars, but I can't!
I called Saturday afternoon at 6:00 PM to order a pizza delivery that was SUPPOSED to arrive at 9:00 PM. It never arrived. At 9:40 PM, I called back to ask if it would still be there, and they said they were waiting for the delivery driver. That wasn't the case, because at 10:10 PM, I called back to cancel the order, and there was still no sign of the delivery driver. I think it was just an excuse!
I understand the Saturday night crowds. I understand and am aware that a delay can be 1 hour and 10 minutes late, but without even apologizing, you can be met with an arrogant response: NO!
I have to pay for the pizza; you're not giving it to me, and I don't give my money to arrogant people!
That said, I will never call again. In fact, I'll also give bad publicity to anyone who asks me for advice on a pizzeria!
As you sow, so shall you reap!

15/08/2025: Ordered online on Sunday. Package arrived Wednesday morning (the owner called to let us know they'd been shipped). The taralli were perfectly packaged and very good. I highly recommend them and will definitely order again.
24/03/2025: Absolutely avoid!!! The owner charges different prices than those advertised to the public, and the taralli are too dry. Highly discouraged!!!

18/08/2024: Abbiamo aspettato 50 minuti per 3 piatti di spaghetti et 1 pizza....le porzioni de spaghetti piccolissimi, anche la bimba di 5 anni aveva ancora fame. Piatti buoni, niente a dire, ma manca la gentilezza ( ni anche un piccol sorriso) e la rapida. 50 minuti per spaghetti.....e siamo arrivati primi
01/04/2024: Pizzeria di zona, servizio rapido, pizza nella norma, diversi piatti graditi, bere locale.
Prezzi accettabili, nel contesto tutto bene.
Parcheggio nei paraggi, siamo in centro.
Struttura consigliata.

18/07/2024: Tutta la loro produzione è di ottima qualità. Dal pane alla pizza, dai cornetti ai taralli. Peccato per il proprietario che a volte è scontroso. Anni fa era caratterialmente diverso. Ora devi stare attento altrimenti ricevi risposte che ti lasciano di stucco.
Un cliente in meno.
