15/02/2026: A very disappointing experience. We arrived at 9:00 PM and waited until 11:00 PM for our pizzas, with no explanation or adequate apology. When they arrived, one was completely raw, and two weren't even the ones we ordered. We were also charged extra because the "regular" dough was out, so we had to order another without actually choosing it. An endless wait, incorrect orders, and poor quality: we definitely won't be returning.

The panzerotti and focaccia are a house specialty and never disappoint. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with a rustic, family-friendly feel that makes you feel at home. The place is small, but this makes it even more intimate and charming, so reservations are recommended. The price is very reasonable, considering the quality and quantity of the food. The place is located in the heart of Minervino Murge, in a very quiet area and easily accessible on foot.

The staff is friendly and available to accommodate your every request. The wine pairs excellently with the Golden Age Angus, a must-have if you decide to dine here. The atmosphere is very refined. Pets are welcome and can stay with you at the table. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

The real surprise was the pizza, which was truly delicious: the dough is well-made, light, and easy to digest, and there's a wide variety of pizzas, with different types and toppings, so it's easy to find something everyone likes. The appetizers are also carefully prepared and tasty, perfect for starting your meal. The restaurant is large and well-organized, with both an indoor and outdoor area, so you can choose your dining options based on the season or time of day. The environment is clean and tidy, pleasant to look at and enjoy. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and helpful, always ready to offer advice or accommodate any customer needs. Although the restaurant can get busy and crowded at peak times, the wait has never been excessive, and the service remains efficient. Of course, I'd recommend booking during peak periods to be on the safe side. The prices are fair, not excessive, and in line with the quality of the food and service. In short, 48 Sedie is a place I recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy good pizza in an elegant yet welcoming atmosphere, with friendly and attentive staff, and the option of choosing between inside and outside seating, depending on your preferences.

08/03/2026: I visited Osteria da Silvano for Women's Day and had a truly excellent experience! For my appetizer, I enjoyed a potato flan with the famous Margherita di Savoia onion: delicate and flavorful, perfect as an appetizer. The first course, grilled octopus on a bed of turmeric with the same local onion, was perfectly cooked and very aromatic. For the second course, a fresh sea bream from the Adriatic, accompanied by grilled zucchini and a touch of sea herbs, concluded the meal in an elegant and light way. The quality of the fish, the choice of local ingredients, and the attention to detail in the presentation of the dishes are all credited to this. The atmosphere is welcoming and charming, ideal for special occasions. I'll definitely be back!

17/02/2026: For my taste, I give the focaccia barese an EXCELLENT rating. The pizza was good, though I didn't quite get my full appreciation because it was crunchy, thicker than usual, but light and with excellent toppings. The food is good, served by friendly, young staff in a beautiful location. In the evening, you dine in a dreamy atmosphere, nestled among the towering trees of the municipal park.

31/01/2026: I ordered 2 takeaway pizzas, basically 1 Margherita and 1 white Margherita with cardoncelli mushrooms (maybe by putting the pieces together a whole mushroom came out) the worst thing was the mozzarella!!! which tasted like cheese 🙃🙃🙃, very ugly, all for the price of €17.50😬 oh well
