13/04/2024: A pizzeria that is an institution in Andria. I believe that the great Mimmo was already born with focaccia in his hand... Recommended, for those who have never tried it, is the p'zzait, freshly baked focaccia, filled to the customer's liking (raw and mozzarella is a must) with a frozen chilli pepper. Just spend some time inside to check how many trays (as proof of the quality) are emptied of the focaccias which, freshly cooked, are sold (I recommend consuming it in the evening). The wood-fired oven gives a super taste to all the products offered (in addition to the pizzas - only the 'classic' ones, there is also an excellent 'francesina'). The place is rustic and furnished with minimal style and, therefore, to be considered as a take-away pizzeria or for on-site consumption. Excellent prices.

06/08/2024: One of the most special dinners of our road trip around Italy. Here you will find home cooking, local but full of heart and research into the product. Maria is a cook, as well as the owner, from times gone by who loves to explain her recipes and fresh ingredients with great care and passion. Note of merit for the broad beans and chicory and the baked onions but also the grilled meat (served wrapped in special paper to maintain the heat) and his homemade jams for the cheeses. Follow his advice and enjoy a nice dinner!

13/08/2024: I am not discussing the quality of the products, but the transparency in prices. At the checkout it says puccia with three ingredients 3.50 euros and puccia lungo, again with three ingredients, 5.00 euros. I opt for the latter, and have one prepared with salami, fresh tomatoes and rocket. At the checkout they charge me an increase of 50 cents claiming that there are more than three ingredients to consider, not having included a sauce of your choice among the three ingredients (which means only the cashier knows). For the couple of my friends who opted for the puccia at 3.50 euros, since they chose bresaola as an ingredient the price rose to 5.00 euros. At this point write "puccia price based on the ingredients", you would be more credible. I won't be coming back again.

16/07/2024: Not much to say about the food (pizza not great but the rest is fine/stuffed focaccia delicious). Embarrassing service, if you don't know anyone inside you will feel like ghosts wandering around hoping to be served (unless you are content to take at the counter), total disorganization and a deep sense of nervousness that comes over you when the friend on duty arrives which instead is promptly listened to. Go there only if immediately after opening hours, but in the peak time slot, especially on weekends, it is useless

14/08/2024: To be an outdoor venue there should also be fans because it is too hot without the possibility of not sweating, decent pizza and good price for the pizza menu
