31/05/2025: Highly recommended! Located in the historic center and precisely in the beautiful Piazza Plebiscito of Putignano where there are often musical and cultural events.
Refined furnishings both inside and outside.
Then... The pizza: I rarely remember having eaten such a crispy and tasty pizza.
The sandwich was also excellent!
We will be back!

11/07/2025: Some friends and colleagues told me: go to Ghiottone, it's the best pizza in Putignano... they were right!!! Wow, what a pizza!!!

24/05/2025: Embarrassing disorganization.
I ordered two pizzas for 9:30 pm, but I left almost an hour later and only after calling them back. No apology, no explanation. A simply shameful treatment. Also, the pizza was mediocre.
06/04/2025: We went to get takeaway food on 2 evenings.
Their fried foods are truly excellent.
The only flaw is that we had asked for potato croquettes and they gave us chicken ones.
Absolutely honest prices.
Highly recommended for fried foods, especially the chips and mozzarella.

17/08/2025: I returned after a long absence....what a disappointment....the pizza is mediocre...it doesn't match their prices...the service is terrible...(they left the dishes at the wrong table, which shows improvisation in the service!!)...the dishes are expensive compared to the quantity and quality!!
The rest is typical of a mediocre trattoria (plastic tables, paper tablecloths...not up to par). I won't return!!!
17/08/2025: We've been sitting there waiting for about an hour for our pizza: the waiters are distracted and listless, the appetizer is wrong, and three more times they've attempted to bring us dishes we didn't order. The same treatment was meted out to other customers. Three times the waiters blatantly and deliberately ignored customers' calls (us and a table of older people), and they demonstrated their inability to distinguish between tables, mixing up orders. This is madness and indecency. At one point, a member of staff brings us a beer we didn't ask for to "apologize for the mistake." They'd made mistakes with other customers, so why apologize only to us? Perhaps because she'd read my review in the meantime? Do some soul-searching: either change jobs or COMPLETELY overhaul the management and staff. NEVER AGAIN!

30/05/2025: Abbiamo cenato in questo locale una settimana fa consigliato da amici,posto tranquillo e pulito,locale impostato come pizzeria,non ci sono primi sul menu,pizza buona e leggera,la ragzza che dirige la sala,Ivana,è stata molto gentile e brava in quanto abbiamo notato anche che da sola gestiva tutta la sala piena facendo attenzione agli asporti e aiutando la pizzaiola nel condimento delle pizze sempre facendo attenzione ai clienti,ci ha saputo consigliare e proporre gli antipasti e le pizze più gettonate,infatti ne abbiamo prese alcune centrali.Consigliamo di provare la pizza con la frutta.Servizio veloce.

Il personale, nel nostro caso Antonella è stato super gentile e disponibile.
L'ambiente è molto bello, ben decorato e sembra di essere immersi nell'atmosfera di agiatezza viste le banconote che fanno da coreografia.
Prezzi nella norma e antopasti notevoli. Mi raccomando prenotate

Non si riusciva a parlare , ambiente molto retro . I camerieri sono esperti e attenti .
18/09/2024: Ottimo ristorante, sono stato ad un compleanno , si mangia bene, sala magnifica, il proprietario è una persona molto brava e si mette a disposizione.

Ben farcita e con ingredienti freschissimi
Ottima sia in versione normale che senza glutine.
Una delle migliori pizze mangiate in puglia, detto da una napoletana.
Ps. É prevalentemente un locale da asporto perchè ha pochi posti a sedere...
